Food Quality is too bad if you plan to visit one plus days please choose another hotel because I have stave last 9 month approx 100days and shift to hospital for food releted problem So please don't stay this hotel

Service of this hotel is very very poor, They don't know minimum curtsey how to take care of guest in hospitality industry. However location is foundable easily.

Room cost is High. Service should be better. Room cleaning is ok.saff behaviour is excellent.

Rooms are Nice & Clean. Foods are bit costly. Room service is fair but if you get Mr. Bidyut for room service he is very good to attend your all needs. Main problem of the hotel is no lift facility. You have to climb by stairs upto 3rd floor. Breakfast service to be improved by varities & proper timing. You haven't get breakfast within 9 am. Overall good hotel & nice behaviour of all stuffs. Food taste to be improved as because you get more tasty lunch & dinner ( Bengali dishes) in this region from street hotels.

The room is not clean properly, you can clearly see spots on the bedsheet . Not worth the 1000 bucks for one night. Room service is available but for a 3 floor 4 room total 12 rooms building wise , they were bit late Food price , you can say not cheap but not too expensive It's a BAR & RESTURANT. So you always smell alcohol when passing by reception. They were nice to me. And gave me 100 rs discount for each day. Other than that i can say everything is okay but not upto the mark. Small problems you will find here and there

Nice but need some Upgrade like music system Around the rooms proper light Decoration

Believe me this is the worst ever food I eat. 1. Cost is too much expensive. 2. Food is too much waste. 3. Taste is also more waste. 4. Quantity is also more more more waste. One more thing we order plain rice and the simple Rice is also not properly cooked. Believe go to any resturant any resturant you want but don't go here.
