Nice atmosphere and busy well behaved staff's and also tasty foods served by them with reasonable prices

Room service are the worst. Rooms are like not cleaned for years. Bathroom full of fungus. Attitude of the cleaning staff are very bad. When told to clean, they simply refuse. Worst service.

If you are searching for daru, its the ultimate place. Last service upto 12PM.

Very poor stuffs .. i go there and order chilli chicken without coriander and take home the percel at night 12 p.m ... when i open this at home i saw entire food is covered with coriander even i tell them to not give this .. when i call them they told me they mistakly give this .. but they dont think about my dinner .. i am sleeping tonight with empty stomach due to paromita .. i will never ever go there in future & dont be recommend anyone to go there .. they only give priority only in bar area zone public ... bcz they love drunkerss.. disgusting

The best hotel in malda town. Everything is superb. Room, service, hospitality everything.the staffs are very cooperative & well behaved Moreover the owner of this hotel personally look after the comfort of the guests. Food is awasome. And the best surprise is complimentary buffet breakfast 10/12 item including fruit juice. I stayed here with my small pet dog on my way to dooars & back to kolkata. I am fully satisfied. Thank you team paromita for providing us the 3 star facilities. Will visit again & again.
