Lovely and amazing hotel. I have been to munnar with family. Hotel is the good location and suitable for family member. i Booked the hotel offline. And got best of the price. Room was big and quality of service is excellent.

Rooms are bit damp but good furniture provided. Service is quite ok

Most beautul location and nearest then all other hotels. Very nice behaviour of hotel management. Always gives service as per your recommendation. I enjoyed a lot and without thinking anywhere staying multiple times. Hotel prices according to services are genuine. Even have neat and clean spacious rooms and utilities. Services like TV, network signals etc which are basic needs are available in all rooms. Drycleaning and fooding servixes, AC Non AC rooms are available with them.

I stayed here for 2 days. Good quality and service unbeatable. overall experience was good would like to visit again

Lovely experience,arranged a get together with old friends. Host is very co-operative and helpful. They helped us tremendously in arranging the same. View from Room no 7 was exceptional. Location was good, looking forward to stay there soon. THANKS NCT FOR YOUR COOPERATION.

Pleasant stay with affordable rate and quite spacious room size. GST extra. Very close to Fortis Hospital. 5 min from Ruby Hospital. Amenities are 1. AC 2. GEYSER 3. POWER BACK UP 4. FREE WIFI 5. FOOD ON ORDER 6. 2 CUSHION CHAIR 7. 1 GLASS TABLE 8. WARDROBE BIG 9. FULL SIZE DRESSING MIRROR 10. HOT AND COLD MIXTURE WATER TAPS. Just get in and enjoy your trip.

Stay at the guest house was nice. Had to book the guest house in urgency and they helped with everything. From owner to receptionist to room service guy everyone is very understanding. Services were good except food delivery timings which can be improved else everything was good.
