Hotel Farakka Lodge

This is the worst hotel I have ever seen. There rooms don't have basic minimum facilities. When I told them about that, they behave rudely and the owner's behaviour is unacceptable. I was staying with my mom and at night they started shouting at us when we told about them the problems. 1) They don't have any lock in the rooms. 2) The room doesn't have Night bulb. 3) The plug points are not working. 4) Cleanliness is below standard. 5) The bathroom space is very low. 6) The jet-spray is broken. Having this drawbacks, when I asked them to reduce the tariff of the room, They allowed a huge discount of 20 rupees. Thank you for this huge discount. I am requesting the owner to keep this discounted amount with him and if he needed any extra amount to make the accommodation a little bit better, feel free to contact me.

Excellent rooms and service.

The owner is a young gentleman who runs this lodge, a restaurant and a supermarket in the same building. He is very polite and well behaved. Staffs are good. Food is good. But the room and overall ambiance is a poor lodge in full essence. No modern amenities, no parking. No cleanliness, shabby towels and toilets. Only good thing was there was a working AC in the 3F room as our stay was good.

good rooms at affordable rates with proper GST billing. Food quality is awesome although it takes a little bit time. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Rate is very low unbelievable, I have checked in both Ac & Non Ac room two times, rooms are really good. No odor in room, room service is good. But only one problem is that after ordering food they takes few time. Rest everything is fine.

Good location. Room is small but okay. Bigger rooms are also available at higher price. Service is good. The owner is very cooperative.

It is ideal for single night stay and when you have no better choice nearby even in the NTPC Field Hostel Guest House also. Good for the visitors who can't afford better hotel also. Only lodging, no fooding available although the caretaker bring food from outside from limited choices. But most surprisingly, they accept credit card for the bill payment as the same owner having shop in the ground floor.
