For the area this is probably the nicest hotel you can get. It's fine all things considered. However there a couple things I would let people know before staying here. International cards are not accepted at this hotel, definitely bring cash with you. Staff will often turn on and off power to your AC and you need to turn it on your own or by request. Bathroom smelled of septic and different parts of the hotel reek of cigarette. When bathing, there is hot water but it does not come from a showerhead. Lastly there isn't any hand soap or other type of toiletry provided with your room. Staff was for the most part friendly and willing to work with us although they can seem a little pushy but that's likely due to language barrier. Food at restaurant was good but definitely on the pricier side.

Best budget hotel to stop over for a night for road trippers...

Very nice hotel, rooms are available at low cost. I booked a single bed room for 500 INR and got complimentary water and morning tea. Liked it very much.

The worst hotel panchadeep bhawan In INDIA .The service is very very poor. And the food prices are OVER!! and the behavior is completely inappropriate and the manager is very,very bad if You separate the manager from the hotelmanagement the the hotel could be fine. If you leave manager, thats when the hotel will survive And this is my opinion and experience

This is the worst hotel in West Bengal. People are very uncooperative. They are not willing to help any guest and are always saying no our faces for any help. They did not agree to heat up our food for dinner which we bought from them for lunch. No soap or dustbin provided in hotel rooms. People talk in foul languages in front of women. This hotel should be shut down immediately. Not at all recommended.

Infrastructure and maintenance are quite good...but the food quality was not satisfactory for me.. When I first saw it I thought i am in a wrong place. Then some of my friends told me that it's a marriage hall cum restaurant ... Staffs are helpful.. Plays mild music . If you are are couple I don't prefer you this place.. And also this place is not in a proper place..But loved it as we went there to celebrate our friends birthday If you are falakatian.. Don't be upset reading this... Thank you

Excellent resting place in Falakata area. Travellers willing to visit dooars can stay in this beautiful hotel. All rooms are spacious and well decorated with modern gadgets. In addition to double bedded rooms there are three and four bedded rooms also both AC and non-AC. Price is pocket friendly. A beautiful restaurant is also there. Foods are good and delicious. Banquet for meetings or seminar is also available. Other than location Hotel Panchadeep is place worth visiting.
