Terrible experience - Unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from the owner. We booked an AC room under a day visit package for 2500 and 700 per person for non-veg lunch, paid 1000 in advance. On arrival, no one was there to assist us--had to call the booking number to get attention. The pool was dirty, and when asked, we got dismissive answers like it's just leaves from nearby trees. I have skin allergies and couldn't risk using it, which was disappointing. The whole property felt off (my personal opinion), so we decided not to stay. The most upsetting part was when we decided not to stay and called the owner, Titli Sinha Roy, to explain politely but before I could finish explaining she interrupted rudely and said, "I cannot fall on your feet and request you to stay" and when I mentioned my skin allergies, she bluntly responded that "it's none of my business." We still paid 1400 for the lunch as we were told that the lunch has already been prepared which I completely understand. But the attitude and lack of basic hospitality were shocking. As someone from the hospitality industry myself, I can confidently say this place has lacks basic guest sensitivity. Avoid if you value respect, cleanliness, and professionalism.

Not at all maintained, Toilet dirty, swimming pool is very small and not cleaned. Lack of open space. Don't know how it was 2--3 years back but currently not at all recommended. Based on the current condition price is also high. Number of tourist has come down in last 1 year ( from local source). Only food is fresh and delicious
A beautiful weekend gateway for family and friends. Calm and quiet place with great property to stay, has a pool. Few hours to drive from Kolkata. This place also provides day tour and lunch service. Enjoyed the Bengali thali lunch.
We really enjoyed our stay here. Food quality is excellent and staff behaviour is very good. I recommend that if you want to stay in a village for some day you can come here.
Location isn't good . there is a bagdi-santhal boshti(slum) beside that resort where people have almost 0 knowledge about civic sense. Goat stool , poop and some doorless toilet rooms(of that slum) are visible even while walking outskirts of that place . the pool seems very cheap . over all at the south western direction there is a Temple And a pond . you might feel good here cause It's a little abandoned place where honking cars , trucks Or silly slum kids will not disturb you . over all , it isn't what you expected . far More cheap though It's expensive
This resort is not at all for the tourists who want to spend a few nights here. Come and enjoy the day trip only. Senior citizens like us made a great mistake to book the resort for 4 nights during puja. Midnight onwards there was no water in the toilet. Carrying water from the swimming pool and managing the show. The food menu selected at the resort is not suitable for more than one day. Though the manager is managing to provide us fish instead of Mutton and chicken but the quality of food is horrible. I do not know how we will manage 2 more nights here? Very poor maintenance. The only positive sign is the behaviour of the manager and staff. They are well behaved people but not trained and serious to manage the situation. Very bad experience. I already posted my review for the first two nights now stating below my observation for the next two nights. Best destination for young couples/family for either day out tour or maximum one night stay. People like us (senior citizens), owners should develop an a la carte menu. Otherwise they will be looted. Like us we accepted their scheduled menu for first day and then I requested to arrange fish for us without sweets, dal vegetable and total 6 roti per day for two people ( 3 in breakfast and 3 in dinner) Which food hardly will cost Rs 600 including snacks for two senior citizens per day, but they charged 1800 per day from us. Which is most unfortunate. It was our fault to book the resort for four nights without negotiating the food arrangement issue. Rs 2100 given additionally for non Ac room charges per day for unhealthy room and toilet. Total charges taken from us 16000 for four nights stay .Food preparation was also not up to the mark. But the behaviour of the general staff were very good. The resort has very limited space for the movement of the tourists.Poor maintenance of swimming pool. The manager of the property is very clever. He acts nicely with the tourists for vested interest. Last but not the least, yesterday night we could not sleep till 12 o'clock night for an alcohol party at night with a sound system at the veranda. Without the support of the manager can it be possible? For money he can do anything that I noticed during my stay. I will request the owner of the property to look into it. Otherwise no gentleman will come to your resort. So request everyone to consider the above review before spending your hardened earned money. Regards
Our short 1 day stay was quite enjoyable. The portion, quality and taste of food was excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful. The place is amidst a lush green natural surrounding.
The room looked cool. The toilet could have been a bit more equipped. The location and the decor was clean and full of greeneries. The particular thing I should mention is their food service. They provide a lot of food in each menu and they are all tasty. Be prepared to give your Stomach a treat and it will love the experience.
