5/5 stars! Had a fantastic dining experience here. The quality of food was exceptional, and the Thali was truly amazing. Highly recommend! Server rimi was polite and respectful. I was in a hurry to catch my bus and accidentally left one takeaway parcel behind. Despite the rain, Rimi went out of her way to bring the parcel to me right before my bus departed. Truly outstanding service!

The ambiance, cleanliness, behavior, food, and location are all excellent. It's a perfect spot to enjoy food while waiting for your transport. I especially loved the cheese chicken sandwich and coffee--they were delightful. Definitely a place worth visiting to satisfy your appetite! For the restaurant: I suggest upgrading your coffee cups. You can find excellent options for serving coffee and tea at fairs in Durgapur. Also, please ensure the green chutney doesn't stick to the plates--it's a small detail but makes a difference. Lastly, consider training your staff in customer interaction. While some customers might overlook minor issues, not everyone will.

The restaurant is too good. The interior is clean, the seats are neat and tidy. The ambience is very well and the hospitality is also good. The food tastes good. The fried rice, and bengali items are too tasty and delicious. The bengali songs played while dine in is a very soothing and beautiful way the restaurant delivers their behavioural beauty. Nice

From the moment I arrived, Rick went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. He was always friendly and helpful, and his attention to detail was truly impressive. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay with exceptional service.

Had a very good experience. I had stayed in the hotel with my mom. I had gone for my exam purpose. And the service we received was very wonderful. The staffs are very polite and helpful. The rooms are clean and you get very good amenities here with an affordable rate.

We recently celebrated our parents' anniversary at this amazing restaurant, and it was a fantastic experience! The ambiance was warm and welcoming, and the food was simply outstanding. We enjoyed Tawa Biryani, Handi Chicken, Butter Chicken, Garlic Naan, and Chicken Reshmi Kebab--all of which were incredibly flavorful and perfectly cooked. Every bite was a delight! The staff was courteous and provided excellent service, making our celebration even more special. A big thank you to the team for such a memorable dining experience. Highly recommended!
