Peerless Hotel Durgapur

It's a very convenient location and supreme value for money considering facilities and room quality. Housekeeping takes a bit of push but rest of the staff are awesome. Bengali food and Indian cuisine is pretty decent. The buffets are good ... rare place that has a lunch buffet on most days. Breakfast is also pretty cool.

Food Prices are little bit on the higher side. Otherwise quality and taste of food is good. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Good ambience for a peaceful stay. Room and Restaurant service is also good.

Stay was outstanding here, rooms were decent. And most importantly breakfast was amazing, there were a lot of options and same time tasty too. Behaviour of staffs was amazing

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Peerless Hotel Durgapur, and I must say it was a fantastic experience! The overall ambiance of the hotel is very welcoming and well-maintained. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, offering a perfect space to relax after a busy day. What truly stood out, however, was the incredible hospitality provided by the entire staff. A special shoutout to Sumit Ji, who went above and beyond to make sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. His attentiveness and warm attitude truly made a difference in my experience. He is a true asset to the hotel team. The food served was absolutely delicious, and the service was impeccable. The entire team at Peerless Hotel is dedicated to providing an outstanding experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Durgapur. Keep up the great work, and thank you again, especially to Sumit Ji, for making my stay memorable!

Overall it was a pleasant experience. The staff was very cooperative and did take good care starting from the room, cleanliness, the food. Especially Mousumi from the F&B team & Sandeep from the reception team took good care of my family. Thank you!!

Had a nightmarish experience last night.I wonder the extent of deteriotion the hotel has undergone since my last visit couple of years ago.The linens were used one,had to call room service (twice) to provide with fresh linen .This was my first shocker .Secondly when I tried to enter the hotel @night ,the gates were locked .Despite calling several times no one opened the gate.(Yesterday cctv night's footage will vouch the same).I had to stay in another hotel.that was my second shocker.When I went to Peerless to take my luggage ,I tried to use their electric kettle for a cup of coffee,,I was about to get blisters as the auto cut function of the electric kettle was not working.That was my 3rd shocker.Lastly when I requested the people in the reception to change my plan which included breakfast as I didn't had time to do so,(both) the staff said ,it was not possible despite repeated requests.When the general manger was informed ,he assured me such thing will not happen in future..This is my first (hopefully my last ) review related to hotel stays..The extent of discomfort was beyond imagination,hence was forced to write the same.Trust relevant authorities will look into the matter.
