PARK SUITES HOTELS

It was a great experience at Park Suites. The staff were incredibly friendly and well-professional. The receptionist was a very gentleman and chatted with us a many times, guided us with various information about the city and travels. The best part was that every room had mini fridge, where we used to keep remaining of our dishes from lunch, and in dinner the restaurant rewarmed the food, which drastically reduced our food cost as well as food waste. The centralized Air Conditioner functions really well. The rooms were premium and the service was exceptionally well. Specially I'd like to take the moment to appreciate our waiter of the second day Mr. Rabi for his incredible behavior, professionalism, and elegance. Kudos team Park Suites. However the location is about 2.5 kms away from Junction Mall, and NIT, where we had our work, initially we thought that's not too far, but for us that was also not a walkable distance. The travel charge in the city was really expensive, even auto-ricksaws and e-risksaws charged 80 - 100 for 2.5 km ride. Therefore I'd suggest the hotel to have their own e-rickshaws at affordable cost for maybe upto 5km distance.

I stayed at Park Suites Hotels for past 2 years and were generally pleased with our experience. The hotel is beautifull designed with a modern aesthetic and the rooms were very clean. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and hotel manager Rajkumar Dey was very helpful. We would still recommend Park Suites Hotel for its overall quality and convenient location.

Staying in this hotel was a nightmare. The Manager and his accomplices were rude to the power infinity, aggressive, inhospitable and without any regard for senior citizens. They have no sense of logic and are oblivious of government rules. They can only yell at the top of their voices, disregarding situations, appearing illiterate.

Rooms are very nice, cosy and designed keeping in mind the customer comfort. Staff is very helpful. The in house kitchen is not functional due to covid-19. But you can order food from their own Shiraj restaurant. Not very far from City center bus stand. Overall good place to stay.

This is my first and last experience with Park Suites Hotel, Durgapur. Due to my profession, I need to visit multiple places around the hotel. Not every time I stayed in star hotels. But, never experienced such a rude behavior from any staffs of these hotels. I am very sorry to say Park Suites Hotel, Durgapur, is the worst. The behavior of the person in reception shows the service they are going to offer during the stay. In my life, I'll never stay in this hotel and will not recommend anyone.

Worst experience ever. The man in the reception is manner less just. If you are not checking out but going out somewhere you have to give him the keys. He even enters the room when you will not be there. Rest of the staffs are bad too
