Very good experience staying there. Staffs are very cooperative. Neat and clean room and hygenic food as well.

1. They want full payment during check in. 2. Room (5/10).Birth Room(3/10). 3. They share Oyo contact to take the customer after that want to cancel the Oyo booking during check in,and also charge a higher price.(e.g. Like most the rapido/ola biker spacially in West Bengal) 4.They don't provide a GST bill.(Not suitable for a business tour)

Scam hotel. Staff are manner less. Online booking will not accept. They demand extra money or denied for check in. They will harassing you too much. No perking place. Staffs are not professional. Not recommend to anyone. Avoid this hotel. Thank you

Hotel manager and staff very rude behaviour. They refused online Booking. They present on online to run their business but booking through online they don't accept. They harrasing you too much And aslo receptionist staff are very mannermless, uneducated, cheap mentality guys. Not recommended to anyone. Thank you

I booked rooms through MMT app and also paid money online. And when I contacted at Reception for my booking confirmation, they refused to confirm my booking and also suggested to cancel the booking. Since they only accept money in cash. No online payment will be considered for them. Evening guy at Reception is so arrogant rude and he got no manner how to talk to customer. I have opted for other hotel option and canceled my booking thereafter.
