This hotel doesn't deserve 3 stars. It's only 2. Their service is the best and they are definitely very kind. But the rooms are unhygienic, the bedspread has never been washed in ages and the washroom is extremely bad. Fan is noisy. Mosquitoes at night. Wifi doesn't work. If you ask me a pro, this place is very close to the Durgapur airport and it is very quiet, being situated on the NH. They have a restaurant which provides okayish food. But if you need to take any bus to other cities/ towns around, take a hotel near citicenter. Maybe this is the best in town, I am not sure how other hotels in Durgapur are, but this one is not a place for a comfortable stay. It is definitely not worth 845 Rs per night. 5 star for safety factor and the staff were very kind!

I have booked from Oyo apps. But when I reached there, the receptionist told this hotel is not connected with Oyo. If I want to stay, then I have to pay with full 1 day charge (Rs 1200/-). I have not returned my money. Food quality is bad Hotel staffs are very busy & slow at their work. Food has not come at right time.

Third class hotel with third class service... Mishra's hotels manager was weird he always say why you booked your hotel from online plzz call me and I'll arrange your room in 1000.. and last time we booked a double deluxe ac room but they gave us a room with non working ac.. i will never and ever gonna visit this.. cheap hotel ever in my life

Room is good as compared to price.. Ac is not well working.... Door lock is damage.. They dont provide soap and shampoo to their customers.. But the behavior of the staff is very good and gentle.. But the location is far away from property city.. If u want to go junction mall or city centere u have to travel for 20 to 30 min.. And the price of foods are very costly ..i recomend not to take or eat food from their own the restaurant .. U can eat outside .. Bathroom also not soo good ..but if u love crowd free area then its best for u because the place where the hotel located is road side of NH highway.. Overall its good... Like the stay...

Best if you are looking for hotel near KNI airport.But issues only in transportation
