OYO 30891 Kingstar Resort

I liked this place but manager behaviour it's to bad.

Fantastic location. Neat and clean rooms.

Suitable location for work. Lots of open space. Beautiful environment. Rooms, bathroom, beds, food, overall cleanliness all are nice. But beware of one thing, if you book this hotel from OYO app. then you must enquire about your booking status from hotel management over phone before entering the hotel.

Pathetic hotel, dirty linens, dirty toilets. No basic understanding of service.

Went for a birthday party, The hall is decent and the food is also good in taste. Paneer pakoda and fix veg with roti/ghee phulka is must try items. The hall and toilets are well maintained and clean. This resort has plenty of area for parking so no worries for car parking

My experience is very bad in this Hotel. This is the 14th day at this Hotel. 1. No Mobile Network available 2. Wifi not available at all, I asked the authority but they surrendered. 3. Rooms are full of cockroaches and Rats. 4. Food prices are very high. I suggest everyone, please do not boom this hotel.

Manager behaviour not good. He is not friendly. Tv in the room no working. Location is good.

We 4 family including our kids stayed there on 15th April 2022, rooms are ok but very bad experience in terms of their service. They give most importance to their resturant customers not the room guest, to get a cup of tea we had to wait more than a hour, and even we placed order for dinner around 7:45pm and manager told it will be served by 9:30 but they served it after 11pm!!! That too after we repeatedly went to reception and lost our temper then. Their excuse was they are busy to serve their resturant guest. I will not recommend to stay here. You can go and eat but don't stay.
