All things are OK. Hotel's staff are good and educated. Hotel's owner is good person but when you book in advance through call /mobile please confirm 2 times about tariff. Some room's a.c are not working properly. Water flow not properly at toilet(not all rooms) lodge not have own restaurants. You need to go nearby places for food. But you can stay here no problem. Car parking available here.

Worst place ever in durgapur and the owner is completely illeterate With rude behaviour very greedy type of person only gives value for money sets his rooms rent according to coustomer's apperance never seen such a greedy owner of any hotel ever and very poor service and dirty rooms visiting to ananya guest house is just waste of money.....

Home made food is available with very nice service .Rooms are excellent. ||Price reasonable. Safe for ladies and family. Convenient location on main road. Excellent behaviour. Nice balcony with sitting arrangements for leisure. Good view from Balcony.

This is an average place to stay but food was decent and the children with us enjoyed the food. Rooms are good and well decorated with all the necessary thins inside the room and washroom. Well taken care by OYO.

If you want to arrange marriage/reception or any other ceremony, I would recommend this guest house. Cost is affordable and within budget. Very close to Pump House bus stand. Parking place available for cars/buses

Worst place to stay in Durgapur, owner's behavior is very unprofessional and rude. If you call them no one picks up call in one attempt. TV is there in room but it shows only 1 channel which is naptol, hangers are broken in bathroom, walls and ceiling has weird patches, wardrobe is dusty not cleaned, and when I asked for water bottle they filled old dirty bottle with tap water and gave it to me. Disgusting experience

My experience was good. It is very far from the railway station though.Rooms were well cleaned and decorated. Services also good though there is no restaurant or refreshments. The hotel is also couple friendly.

good for small scale wedding. but their powe're lines aren't capable of pulling high wattage load. so if someone needs to use lights morethan 1000w the pcb will go off in intervals. Not every room equipped with hot water. no lift.
