Really good service and rooms are really neat and clean

I have stayed here for 2 days in Dec 23 & heres is my review: Pros: Neat & clean rooms Quiet place Cons: 1. Small room 8x8 with attached bathroom@1650 + GST, only a Small bed can fit, rest you can imagine no table for dining, you have to do it in your bed. 2. Don't fall for their MAP, believe me it's worst in industry- a) Breakfast-Puri sabzi / Bread butter with single egg poach b) Dinner - Chicken/ Fish thali as per THEIR choice. 3. Very poor service. If you ask for tea then wait for 1 hour atleast, latter you regret why did you ask for that. 4. Outskirt Location but managable if you can walk. LAST I WOULD RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO LOOK FOR HOTELS NEAT JUNCTION at CITY CENTRE, at this price you will get 3 Star hotels there.

Its an avg. property, with some modified furnitures. Amenities are not exact we require. More of that,, that site does not have any kitchen, so for food they has to depend upon other restaurants, so it takes much time than usual.. As per me, its so so. As the locality is very calm. There has no sound pollution or noise. For 1 night its good....

Safe af for couples...been there 3 times with my partner... Totally satisfied with behavior and privacy! Anyway..room rent a bit high..would hv been better if it was around 800 for a day..or 8 hours.... ( currently 1500rs)

Basic rooms are good , hygienic and sufficient for overnight stays recommend if you are travelling on the move and a nights stay. They don't have restaurant but have a tie up. Staff is happy to help.

This is actually a good option, you may easily get ola cabs here, only issue I found is they don't have in-house pantry. If you order something then they will bring it from some places. Staff is nice.

Its a only premium listed hotel in oyo in durgapur location. I can say its a good hotel a pocket friendly rate. I booked this hotel for 2 days. 2 rooms only 3200/-. Strongly recommended if you visit durgapur location. But one drawback of this location is transport. You have to book ola or you have your own vehicle. Uber is not available in durgapur. After 9:00 pm you will not get any cab (ola/Uber) in durgapur location. But finally highly satisfied with this Cloud9 hotel

Nicely maintained hotel. Fresh rooms, neat and clean rooms. Service is also nice. The only reason for one less star is the location of the hotel. It is located in a residential area. Hotel looks like a bungalow in first glance.
