Nandan Guest house

So, initially I thought things will be good as per our telephonic conversations. Room was of too poor quality, no ventialtions are there in ground floor room. Even they have vacant room above still they haven't allot me any room, I requested them many times during checkin. I have seen hour wise checking in other floor, still they don't allot us. Though I was going to have some work so I will not be able to stay in room for a long, so I accepted. My friends have booked room in 1st floor. In night we are planning have some time as we guys are there after a long time, kind of reunion. We told them to allow us tilm 12.30, they are like they are too time punctual. I respect their profession, but the receptionist guy and the service boy named babu, was too arrogant to allow us. Then they are telling you have to come by 12. What will happen if we come after 12.30? we are not staying regularly, so I request him, but he didn't even consider. Somehow I feel some bad service there. I don't mind at that time, but now I feel they also are of same age. we haven't booked any room in any boarding or jail! I respect your rules an regulations, but some times you have to maintain some humanity as per the other's way of request. I am not satisfied with this case, little bit.

Good place for a stay in Durgapur. Near City centre

I stayed there for two nights with my family..an ideal location for family stay..rooms are very clean,well maintained and spacious, wash room is also very clean but very small..staff behaviour is very polite, food quality is up to the mark but food should be served in time.. overall it's a happy experience staying here..

Worst rooms and have hella rules and hidden regulations and I got a very dirty room nd services were very late

Rooms and bathrooms are very clean ... Staff is limited and that's why not available all the time. They don't provide but and but many good restaurants are there in 300 m radius.

Not at all good dirty rooms and unclean toilets and i previously booked a room and when I reached there they cancelled my booking and it was a worst experience there
