Lodge Hotel Subha

DON'T STAY HERE .I REPEAT DONT STAY HERE. Today 29 Apil,2025 My wife'S RAILWAY NURSING STAFF has ASANSOLE CITY, WE stay in this HOTEL SUBHA. Her exam was 7:30-8:30am reporting time, We target the 4:55am ASANSOLE BARDHHAMAN TRAIN to go exam centre, At 3:45am early morning My wife go to toilet for fresh But there have no water, I am going to request for submursible water supply, After 10 min 3:55 am ,no water supply in bathroom, Then I am going to tell,please check and secure water supply, After 7 min also there was no supply of water, I am tell to the staff ,to check the problem, But staff misbehaving with me,very badly, Try to attack me,why I disturb them at 3:00am ,so we are not boud to for water,you not pay for water and we are not your servant, And told me we are not responsible for water supply,u can go out emidiatly,and sout loudly How sad this incident, My wife waiting 20 min in bathroom for water supply,Finally at 4:05 am water supply are ok and we fresh both and check out at 4:40am To catch 4:55am ASANSOLE -Bardhhaman local How scary the situation . So Please don't stay here.

DON'T STAT HERE. I REPEAT DON'T STAY IN THIS ROOM. A totally bad atmosphere even if you can't stay here for only one hour. Rooms do not have locks, staff are ridiculous. Feels like a haunted house.

Bedsheet & Rooms are too dirty , Staff have no responsibility about the customer. Services compared to Price is too high, Mosquitos are all around in the room that people can't able to Sleep

I approached them one evening, because I would need a single room from next morning, for a few days. They declined to even show the room, telling me to come back the next day. There were few other lodges like Gita, Lokenath, etc in the same place which didn't think twice before showing rooms. This is how bad their customer service is. Enough said.

Dirty room, toilet unhygienic, rude behaviour.

One of the third class hotel. Rooms are dusty, untidy toilet. No proper ventilation, insufficient light. And rooms are full of mosquitoes. Don't stay here until and unless you are in an Emergency

Don't take this rooms They very misbehave with customer as well they take full money first they treat u like u are their servent Bedsheet is soo dirty that dog couldn't sleep on that

Near Durgapur railway station if any emergency you can stay here other way there are other options. Rooms are not good and service also.its a low type hotel come lodge.
