Hotel Swapan

Very Bad Experience. Hotel room is too bad condition. They charged extra fees for towel,soap and hot water also. Dirty room and bedsheets, hard pillow, fully dust blanket, no facilities provided. Avoid to stay in this hotel.

Room rent is below 700 (jan,2024) and according to its price, the quality should be better. Rooms are damped and dirty. Never cleaned window cover. Everywhere dust. Bathroom was worst. Only lodging available, no food service. You have to order food front outside. No package water available. You can order food with help of room service people. Behaviour was ok. If you have really tight budget and no option available, then you can stay there considering those mentioned points.

Low grade service for customer. Too much bad condition of bathroom & room. Please check before room booking..I mean bathroom otherwise you have to pay penalty for touch the bathroom goods.

Not very good nonac room rent 250 but washroom not cleaned and room also. Some problm in drinking water also

Home like experience, and they managing authority has the responsibility to customer's privacy
