Worst Staff behavior. They confirm booking & than whenever visit for confirmation they deny for rooms & try to get more money. Reception team attitude is rude seems he is owner of hotel. All should avoid visiting this kind of hotels where staff behave rudely

Food quality is very good and the ambience too. You'll get ample parking space. The restaurant has a limited seating capacity. Overall experience is good but the restaurant staff lacks professionalism. They serve Chinese, Indian, tandoor and a few continental dishes. The beverage section is less attractive though. You might visit the restaurant once in a while with close ones to spend some quality dinner lunch time.

The staffs are ill behaved, the official checkout time is 12 noon, but they say it's 11:50. Nobody listens to our calls made in the landline phones they don't give normal drinking water to us in one call, we had to call them thrice for a bottle of water. After our checkout, the staff told us to sit outside the hotel even after the time was just 12:10 (which was just 10 mins later at our checkout). Very bad behaviour of the staffs, I'll never visit this hotel again. I hope the hotel staffs read this review.

Narrow corridors Toilets clean and comfortable.Rooms small but well lit.Recommended for staying .

The food quality is good. But the chicken in the drums of heaven was smelly and the tandoori roti was very dry and uncooked . The food quantity is also very low. Other than this the biriyani was good , u should try the fish finger and the veg fried rice here. The staffs were very well behaved. I would like to visit there again specially for fish finger.

Budget hotel in center of attraction The hotel is located in city center and it means it is in the mid of attraction. AC rooms were small. They have a separate food court and you can dine in there. It got a nice ambiance dim light and all. I really enjoyed the food court. The only thing that i didn't like is the room.

Bad restaurant, Bad experience. Ordering a simple meal also has to wait for a long time. The most important thing is that they are not inform the customer even after misplacing the customer's order. And if the customer comes out of the restaurant for that reason after waiting for 1 hour yet they do not admit their mistake. Don't have any guilt feelings in them. And not to try to convince the customers.

I had dinner with the family. Food was great. Atmosphere was homely. Service was excellent. Shahil took good care of us. Guests were relaxed and comfortable. Would love to go there again.
