Hotel Reliance

This hotel easy access from Durgapur Railway station, room rates begin at around 800/-excluding GST. The rooms are satisfactory. My recent visit to this hotel was average. Towels and soap are provided in each room. The food quality is generally average. This budget-friendly hotel also has its own liquor shop on the ground floor.

Single non ac rooms are very congested & costly, service was very poor, location is good & easily access to the public transport

Stay in hell but don't ever think of staying at this hotel.Very dirty rooms unhygienic washroom, filthy bedsheets and pillows, stinking blankets.Manager is not cooperative with very bad behaviour.No complaints of other staff.AC not working in the room and geyser not working in the washroom.They don't even provide us with a water bottle we have to ask for it.In short stay away from this hotel.

Terrible Experience at Hotel Reliance, Durgapur My recent stay at Hotel Reliance in Durgapur was extremely disappointing. The room was filthy, with stained sheets, dusty furniture, and a bathroom that clearly hadn't been cleaned in a while. The overall lack of cleanliness made the stay uncomfortable. The staff was equally unhelpful and rude, showing little interest in addressing any concerns. Requests for basic amenities were met with reluctance, and their attitude was far from professional. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I wouldn't recommend Hotel Reliance to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay.

No one was there to attend the customer they arrived after half an hour and there way of talking was soo bad that I'll never recommend anyone to visit this place

1600/- they charged for a single day with stained bedsheet sofa cover and public toilet like toilet seat. No value for money. Not going to visit again

Very good budget hotel in Bhiringi more. According to the room and service the budget is quite descent. The food quality is very satisfying. Price of all the food specially the breakfast is appropriate. The location is very nice and the balcony of the rooms in upper floors are so refreshing because of the view and low noise. Very clean and spacious toilet. TV works well. AC works well. Very satisfied with the Room service.
