Excellent rooms with all modern amenities... service needs to be really looked into...it s so irritating that u ll feel like deciding on staying at some other place.

This is a review of Glass house restaurant. Ambience- The glass walls provide for an interesting ambience. It's not an open rooftop but glass ceiling and outer walls give a clear view at daytime and the neon greens make for an engaging ambience in daytime. Food- Most food items were good. They make gravy a little but chilly, so asking them specifically to make it light is a good idea. Harabhara kebab and manchow soup, garlic bread were especially delectable. Service- I explained to them I am vegan yet they added paneer to the veg gravy item and topped them with malai. That's poor, discourteous service.

Nice restaurant. Delicious food. Good environment and the stuff are very good. Nice behaviour.

Bad behaviour manager....I have book one room for night stay for my 7 years old child oparation at vivekananda hospital...but manager not allowed my family member for stay in my booked room..demand extra charge.. and manager behaviour very bad & rudly talk with me at 11:33 pm. Everyone looks this service...

Good banquet hall, ideal for 150 to 170 people. Nice clean. Food is also good.

Nice ambience,rooms, Now I want to switch my review, because of last time experience. They don't hear the issues of customer after several complaints.

The receptionist his name was biswajeet sarkar very rude person.he is ruining the honor of hotel industry.please dont waste your valuable time here .my checkout time was 11 am and at 11.50 am. i got a call from your receptionist that r u doing continue i told him that i will do checkout after 10 minutes i given the key to your receptionist at 12.05 pm. And your receptionist dont have the authority to misbehave with guest and he threatened us to call cop. And i got only 2 call from your receptionist first call at 9.30 am for breakfast and 2nd one is 11 50 am. And you are giving here wrong facts. I have all proof. i would like to inform you that no prior intimation given by your hotel staff and here you are replying that so many times knocked the door why are you telling lie. Don't worry you will loose your customer base in durgapur i am also a old customer but from now onward i and my all known person will never visit your worst hotel.

Infested with Rats and insects, the deluxe rooms are extremely conjusted... Wifi is not avialble in the rooms.
