HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - LOOTED 5,000, RUDE AND INCOMPETENT STAFF! I booked a room at Hotel Park Prime Durgapur, but due to a genuine medical emergency, I couldn't travel. I contacted the hotel multiple times, explained everything clearly, and politely asked for a refund. I even said they could deduct one night's charge -- that's fair. But their behavior was shocking. The staff was completely disrespectful, behaved rudely, and acted like they didn't care at all. They refused to provide the manager's number and kept giving excuses. Every call was a new person with no knowledge or accountability. After many follow-ups, they still refused to return even a single rupee. I ended up losing over 5,000 -- for nothing! It honestly feels like they scammed me. Most decent hotels understand medical issues and offer refunds -- but not this one. Their team is careless, untrained, and has no sense of customer service. This hotel is a complete disaster. If you value your time, health, and money, stay far away from Hotel Park Prime Durgapur. I am a Google Local Guide, and this is a truthful and firsthand review based on my terrible experience. Never booking here again - and I strongly suggest you don't either.

Terrible Experience - Highly Unprofessional Staff, No Refund Even for Medical Emergency I had booked a stay at Hotel Park Prime Durgapur, but unfortunately, due to a medical emergency, I was unable to travel. I reached out to the hotel multiple times requesting a refund, even offering to pay for one night's cancellation. However, the staff was extremely rude, uncooperative, and showed no empathy toward my situation. They refused to provide the manager's contact number, dodged responsibility, and were not ready to even talk properly. This is the third time I've faced unprofessional behavior from the front desk here--they seriously lack basic customer service skills. Despite sharing genuine medical reasons (something most good hotels consider for refunds), they completely denied my refund request. As a result, I lost over 5,000. It's clear the hotel management does not care about customer satisfaction. Warning to others: Avoid this hotel at all costs. The staff is untrained, unsupportive, and the overall service is far below acceptable standards. I'm a local Google Guide, and I assure you this is a genuine and honest review based on my personal experience. Do NOT book Hotel Park Prime Durgapur. They only care about taking your money, not your concerns.

My recent experience at the Park Prime Hotel in Durgapur was far from satisfactory. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff displayed a shocking lack of courtesy and professionalism. Their rude and dismissive attitude made me feel unwelcome and set a negative tone for my entire stay. It's clear they need significant training in basic customer service. Unfortunately, the unpleasant welcome was just the beginning. The room itself was a letdown. It felt old, cramped, and poorly maintained. Everything from the worn-out furniture to the dusty surfaces suggested a lack of attention to detail. It certainly didn't feel like a place where guests could relax and feel comfortable. Overall, my experience at the Park Prime Hotel was highly disappointing. The combination of rude front desk staff and subpar room conditions makes it a place I cannot recommend. There are undoubtedly better options available in Durgapur that prioritize guest comfort and respectful service. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

Very bad service, staff of hotel is not professional. Room is old as it's average. They have very high rate (Cost )of food inside. They don't allow outside food. If you carry food they will not give you plate of other thing. Very very bad experience I had with staying in this hotel. Please look around and stay and enjoy happy staying,.

Date of 8/4/2025. When I contacted them on phone they offered me 1600 for double bed and same when I reached their hotel and contacted the reception They are for that room they wanted 2016 rupees .The behavior of the receptionists is very poor. The quality of the food is normal but the price Very very much. Like one liter of water is charged 51 rupees & coffee price 99 but test like normal.

Booked two deluxe rooms. Rooms were old, but clean, but ACs were not upto the mark. TV was also not working in one of the room. One of the key was not working, had to call the staff every time while entering the room. Single bed mattresses were stitched to convert it to double bed, which faced discomfort. Location and parking area is good.

As I stays here in business trip. So before reaching the hotel I called their reception and asked for early check-in and he said yes. But when I finally reached there the lady in the reception denied then asked me to wait for some time. Then that sometime becomes 2 hours 30mint wait. And the lady in reception shows so much attitude I don't know for what but it's totally pathetic. 1st she failed to manage and still showing the attitude is totally unacceptable. Then I enter my so called PREMIUM ROOM, it's pathetic, dirty towels. Not understand how come they categories it as 3 star god knows. Then the best part at the time of breakfast they use plastic bowl which I literally use to feed food to stray dogs. Please find the attached image. So if don't want to ruin your stay then please avoid it.
