Hotel Park Land

I ordered dry chilli chicken, Butter Naan and Tandoori Roti via Swiggy. I prefer butter naan to be thin, but here the naan was quite thick. that is fine, but the chilli chicken or the dry chilli chicken. I didn't expect it to be like that, the taste of the gravy or the semi gravy whatever you call, it was good, but the pieces of the chicken were so hard that it was difficult for me even to chew. I know that good restaurants always prepare chilli chicken with flesh from the thighs of the chicken, but I understood that they prepare chilli chicken from the breast portion which are comparatively hard. And then those are kept inside the refrigerator and frozen for many days, and then used again. I hope in future, they use the flesh from the thighs instead of breast.

I recently ordered Biriyani, Chicken Lollipop, and Chicken Fried Rice from your restaurant. While the Biriyani and Lollipop were excellent, I was very disappointed with the Chicken Fried Rice. Unfortunately, it had a strong, unpleasant smell and seemed stale. My son took a couple of spoonfuls before noticing the smell and brought it to my attention. I checked it myself and confirmed it was not safe to eat. I request you to look into this matter seriously, as serving stale food can pose health risks.

I recently stayed in this Hotel although Other than the Great Location there is nothing to Appreciate........The Rooms are small and not cosy enough,the Washroom is small and untidy.There is a Young Man in the Reception who was really rude to Us.....I booked for Complimentary Breakfast which they could not arrange(because they didn't have enough supply of Bread)as opted for Grilled Veg Sandwich.........Its not at all Value for Money.There was some issues regarding the Washroom also.My Stay could have Better if I had booked some Other Hotel within the same Amount.

My previous bitter experience turned into a really amazing one this time. The rooms are neat and clean. The room service also improved a lot. Now you don't have to wait long for your lunch or dinner. Quality of food served also become really improved. Works of electrification also done. So, overall very good experience this time.

Room was good and big enough for two persons. Service was excellent and cooperative. Location is fantastic. I have been coming in this hotel for the last few months and happy.

Food was mouthwatering for certain. The quantity served was more than what we could cover. This combined with the ambiance is sure to remain a wonderful memory for us.

We organised my sister's ring ceremony here n it's a lunch party. Good food n hall. Neat n clean. The staff were cooperative n well behaved. Good location. The hall that we've taken is sufficient for a gathering of 50/60 heads with a sitting arrangement for lunch.
