Worst service Problem of power cut Totally unhygienic rooms and food

1. Low cost rooms. 2. It is a good place for those who want long stay with minimum cost. 3. Quality of foods served is average. 4. Quality of rooms is also average but one can get attached bathroom, TV in a room.

I stay here many times I always prefer this hotel when I go to durgapur nice rooms comfortable . Food is also nice.

The room was clean and airy with well-covered matresses, clean curtains and sofa-covers. The geyser and television worked fine. But the in-room service was pathetic. Neither the staff nor the manager picked up calls.

This hotel is an extortion house. They have written that checkout time is at 1200 am but while calcuting the rent their bloody hotel staff calculates the night stayed. For example if you start staying in this hotel from 12 Oct 20 from 1315 hrs and stay upto 18 Oct 20 night. The total no.Stay will be 7 days whereas you have stayed as per the hotel's policy of checkout at 12 am for 6 days. Those who are planning to come and stay at this hotel.,,..be cautious and then only check in. There are several hotel's who do not adhere to such type of unscrupulouness. This hotel is located bang on the Bhiringee More in Durgapur. The place is not very clean but very cheap, so its frequently favoured by business travellers. Food is nice and cheap. Service is ok. Parking is also available but only at night.
