Hotel Annapurna

We have booked it for 5days wedding function and made a lifetime mistake. Unhygienic to its core and very rude management staff. Our stay at Annapurna Hotel was incredibly disappointing, with unhygienic rooms, unresponsive staff and outdated amenities. The party area was not at all clean, toilets were not cleaned, the bed linens were stained, and the corridors were hardly cleaned. Despite multiple requests, the issues were not addressed beforehand but on a daily basis we had to pus them to clean and maintain atleast basic hygiene. We will never recommend this hotel and ask all to avoid this hotel at any costs.

As per cost the room is not worth. Also there is no hygiene maintained in toilets and bathroom,even today's era they are providing soap instead of liquid handwash. Even they are not providing cheapest neptholin ball which make bathroom fresh. They also not providing basic sevices like changing daily bed sheets and cleaning washroom. The behaviour of the manager is pathetic always behaving rudely. The foods provided is such tasteless,even we can cook better food watching YouTube. We have booked the hotel for our sisters marriage from 1 march 2025 to 5 march 2025 and the bad management of manager have ruined our whole marriage. Even he is not ready to take responsibility and charged unnecessarily for anything. I am not even understand how such hotels are surviving in this era of high service quality and well behaviour standards of hospitality industry. I will not recommend anyone even my enemies to stay in this hotel.

I ll suerly give a Zero star to this property. I arranged my sisters wedding in their hotel and what I saw, low and 3rd grade food, food with no hygiene, manager was like acting like we are staying there for free, and a big thing I wan to share the 2 culprits of whole durgapur is the GOSH ELECTRICAL(nirmal gosh), JANA DECORATERS(babu jana) nevr do your wedding decors and electrical work from this guys.

Very pathetic hotel in entire durgapur.we booked for wedding and they looted us .food was really third class and they dont serve food as per requirement.staff behaviour is disastrous!! save your hard earned money and never booked for wedding!!

Most third class hotel I have ever seen. For wedding never book from here because during meantime they will harrass you even they don't clean washroom and bed too.I found dirty bedsheet in most of the room and pee in the washroom.too much smelly in washroom and in hotel room.

Most of the regular visitors stay there for cheap rate and who don't care about the room or service. It's an option for those who don't have time to search better

We stayed at the hotel from 4th september to 5th september. Infrastructure of the hotel is very good.we are satisfied with the sufficient amenities, service, maintenance and cleanliness. Especially the food is delicious, our compliments to the chef. Rooms are specious enough .The behaviour of the staffs are cordial.The cost of the food items are descent. But , the smell of the water of bathroom is slightly filthy.Besides, the cost of black tea(small cup) 20/- and small chapati 8/- is too high to us....Thank you.

Worst hotel i have ever seen. They don't know how to behave and they're making their own rules. They told me without a marriage certificate we can't have a room. I never visit the worst hotel like this
