City International Hotel

Everything good. Hassle free check in. They will not provide any water you at first. You have to buy 1 liter bottle for Rs. 30 everytime. Even when I ask them about water arrangements they hide that they have normal Aquaguard also. When I told them it's necessary to give free water service, then they accepted, so you can ask them for it. Food is good. Cleanliness good. Safe for everyone. Good location.

The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The bed was super comfortable, and the view was stunning. Everything was well-maintained, and the staff was friendly. A great stay overall!

Don't expect front desk to be even sober while talking to you. I wanted a room for 3 person (online) and they charge additional for the 3rd person. Post booking, i called them to confirm on the beds since the visitors will be all senior citizens. Guess what, the reception told we dont provide any extra bed and if you cant adjust, then cancel the booking. Hard CORE RUDE. They shouldnt be in the service industry i feel... Look at reviews from MMT, they dont want to even open the main gate if you want to leave early in the morning.

This was the worst hotel experience of my life so far. The lights were not working properly. The geyser was not working, I had to bring hot water from another room. But room service uncle good man .

I recently had the most disappointing experience at this hotel, and I feel compelled to share my concerns to warn future guests. First and foremost, the management was incredibly rude. From the moment we arrived, the manager's behavior was unprofessional and unwelcoming. This set a negative tone for the entire stay. The staff was equally unhelpful and lacked basic hospitality skills. Their attitude was apathetic and they seemed disinterested in assisting guests with even the simplest requests. To make matters worse, we were charged an additional fee for being just one hour late for check-out, amounting to half the room rent. This policy is not only unreasonable but also felt like a blatant attempt to exploit guests. Overall, my stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. I strongly advise against booking a room here. There are far better options available that offer a much more pleasant and respectful experience. Avoid this place at all costs.

Had a nice experience with excellent and prompt service. All the staff are very polite, helpful and active regarding their service. The food was also very tasty and ambience was family friendly. Overall had a good stay in this hotel.
