Banerjee Inn - Bengal Ambuja

The room was not cleaned, TV is just for show. Not working at all, even the STB adaptor was not available. More over the staff behaviour was so dissatisfactory. Specially Mr. Sudip, who harasses the guest in multiple ways. Even he harasses to provide the corrected / proper bill. I had a very bad experience with this hotel & had to leave the hotel before 24 hours due to these reasons.

Stayed for two days. Buffet breakfast items, if not many in numbers, but still was adequate. They provided car parking space, served customized lunch since we are vegetarians and don't take onion and garlic. Front desk was responsive to our every need. It was a peaceful stay.

Absolutely fantastic rooms & Service as well. We enjoyed a lot in durgapur & I can say it's the most comfortable hotel . Thanks to manager mr. Chanchal mukherjee for the best services and everything.

Very good hotel with cordial staffs...

Rooms are Ok, location also good. But service is very poor, behaviour of the staffs are not good, straight cut denied for room service and the reason mentioned is lack of manpower. food is very costly.

I visited there for dance audition, place is nice with a wide sitting area, the receptionist has very nice behaviour.

As a hotel the minimum service was not available .. " drinking water & basic cleaning were not present and staff were exceptional as they made us feel like " be glad we have given you room so be happy with that only ..." Sad state of affairs ...running business as competition is not present
