I would love to give 1000 stars for their behaviour. Food quality was really good. Taste can be better a little.but all-over it was a great experience. All the staffs are well behaved with very polite gesture.

The hotel is extremely disappointing. The biggest mistake was choosing this for marriage. 1. They promised to give food till 1am yet winded up at 10:30pm. 2. Water in bathroom are very dirty. 3. Hot water is not available even for 2 hrs. 4. They say breakfast is available but they will not give you breakfast until you shout at them. 5. They say pure veg but food is inclusive of veg and non veg. 6. Staff is extremely uncooperative and for everything you have to go to manager. 7. Food is tasteless. 8. Decoration lighting they give less but promise more. 9. Stage stairs are bad and they are from side wards. 10. They make big promises yet they do not do anything.

Rooms are good but geyser not working. After complain they did not respond . Even every time. They said. We will fix it . But nothing happened. And. Tap water is dirty. Some black water comming out.

Kalpana inn buffet price not justify.. worth less. Waste of money buffet 399. Not good. And staff behavior was not good 1 star. Not manage properly. less non veg item(only 2 chicken item).. food quality is poor. Staff said 30item. But no one item good very poor quality food.. their buffet not self service.. and staff behavior not good, very poor

Rooms are compact not too spacious same with the attached washroom. Please provide pair of slippers and handwash for use. Complimentary breakfast was good you have good options if you are a vegetarian. The staff are helpful. Please provide customers with fresh and.properly cleaned towels.

To ensure staying for a night for my examination I chose Kalpana Inn as it is located at Muchipara and the connectivity is convenient for my exam centre. The hotel has a/c and non a/c rooms. I took the a/c one as there was scorching heat outside. The room was clean, well maintained and there was no bad odour inside the room. The toilet was also clean. Bed sheet was clean but could have been cleaned more. The towel provided was clean with bleaching poweder. The smell of bleaching powder was there. The tv was working well. The fan was working well. Enough lights were there. The a/c was working well and they provided the remote for the adjustment. Nothing more to say. Just some photos.
