Hotel Grand

Seriously the vegetarian items are so good,every item was unique test and the price is also just right.I went there 3 times.

Hotel is really very good at normal rate, it is really difficult to find such hotel at this location. Good provided at restaurant is also very tasty. Great experience.

Recently I visited Grand Hotel, the service here is very good and the food is amazing and the view is very beautiful.

We have order panner sabji it was delicious after 1 day we came again order same panner sabji there was no panner in panner sabji we have complaint about dish no action was taken all the vegetables are raw not cooked well we have given full payment just understand customer experience I don't think so i will go again I will not recommend any one

Disapponting service..... The most appropriate phrase that suits them is ' BIG NAMES AND SMALL PHILOSOPHY ' . It's your responsibility that if something is not available in your restaurant, you shall inform the customer in time but the staff didn't made it their responsibility. They ordered breads from another restaurant and didn't inform us this. They did this because the breads were not available in their restaurant. They made us pay extra charges according to the bill of the restaurant they ordered from. Too late service. Wishing not to visit this restaurant again in the future at any cost. Worst restaurant experience ever

Room service are also good and management are also great excellent food and restaurant services also good

Not recommended for all food Items, "Gajar Halua" made using low grade "Dalda/Banaspati" instead of Ghee or/and refined good quality oil.
