SEA RESORT

Our recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. We booked four rooms for our family, and from the moment we arrived until our departure, we were thoroughly impressed with the service and quality provided. A special mention must be made of the outstanding staff members who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Swapan was incredibly helpful with our check-in process and always greeted us with a warm smile. He efficiently handled all our queries and ensured we felt welcomed. The service throughout the hotel was top-notch, and we particularly appreciated the attentiveness of Surojit. He was always available to assist over phone call with any requests we had. His friendly and professional demeanor truly enhanced our experience. We were also very impressed with the food offered at the hotel. The hygiene standards were clearly a priority, and we felt completely comfortable with the preparation and presentation of every meal. More importantly, the food was absolutely delicious and catered to everyone's tastes in our group. Finally, we'd like to acknowledge Mr. Jaiswal ji for his excellent service for blocking the venue. Overall, our stay was awesome, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends and family and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Actually zero star but no option given hence giving 1 star. First of all we had booked 2 rooms so we wanted the rooms on the same floor. They flatly refused the request. We later found out while checking in the the room next to our 1st room was empty and there was no booking. The reception and front desk people are very unwelcoming. Rooms are very small in size. The tariff they charge is not justifiable with the room size. Housekeeping was pathetic. Did not attend to calls.After 4-5 times of follow up they cleaned the room making us wait for 3 hours. They check every bag you carry while coming from beach or market. Never heard of any hotel checking bags of their guests. Infact they don't treat you as your guest. Food is pretty ordinary and charge is exorbitant. Breakfast is pathetic. Lastly they will surprise you and hound you before checkout by knocking at your door 3 times within 10 mins interval. Had a horrible time with my family in this hotel. Please do not go for Sea resort Digha. Probably one of the worst hotel in Digha.

Best resort in New Digha. Hands down! Has play area for kids and is pet friendly. We have been there thrice in 45 days span! Very hospitable environment, very courteous staff, all together wonderful experience. My husband left his jeans with money inside, they took the effort to send us the money back too! That's 10/10 in everything. Must visit!

Pet friendly hotel, but hotel staff are not that friendly with pets . Other than that, service was okay. It would be better if swimming pool is maintained more in the peak summer season. It was not very clean. Mat in front of the bed the is very dirty, should be paid attention. Food is very tasty.Overall not bad.

With more than 80 rooms available Sea Resort is awe-inspiring and each room is comfortable and big enough. The resort has a large swimming pool where one can swim or sunbathe. For bigger events, there are two banquet halls that can accommodate various functions, and there is also lovely space above the pool that are perfect for more intimate gatherings. The family restaurant is a great place to eat with plenty of food options which are also delicious. The staff is friendly and receptive and this adds to the experience immensely. Sea Resort is now a great place for relaxing or for event purposes as there is something for everyone. It's a must try!

I recently visited here and to be very honest , this was one the bestest hotels I have visited in Digha. Their ambience, behaviour, food, service,facilities, maintanence and hospitality everything was really good . Also this hotel is a pet friendly hotel. Management team is also very kind and helpful.

Service boys are too good. Food quality is mixed experience. Saturday lunch and dinner was very nice, but Sunday lunch was very ordinary. Park and swimming pool well maintained. Beach walking distance not more than 7-8mints... Problem is only bed and pillow meterial. All are this made by like sponje item, very very softly feeling that can be created uncomfortable situation, those who are not habituated with this...But overall very nice experience. Highly recommend....

The management is not customer-friendly. When we arrived, we saw the swimming pool, but its timing started at 9:00 AM, while our room checkout time was 9:30 AM. We requested to open the pool at least 30 minutes earlier, or allow a 30-minute extension for checkout, but they refused. Management should always be supportive and helpful to customers, but in this case, both the management and staff were uncooperative. Because of this experience, we are not planning to stay at this resort again. My rating is 1/5.
