Service was good. Good rooms are available for less money. The staff here were friendly. The rooms are quite big. It also had an attached balcony. The bathroom was very clean. This hotel does not allow outside food at all. They serve their clients themselves. We took food from them. The taste and quality was quite good.

We are very happy about the service of this hotel. Their behavior are so good. The food quality also very good. Rahul da's friendly service are commendable. If you need a budget friendly and good atmospheric space then definitely visit this place.. Hospitalization

Nice Hotel ,Rooms are like ok ok types but the main thing to highlight is the Room Service, which is bad here. Otherwise, it has an restaurant which serves you delicious foods whatever you want, Sea Beach is also very near, So as the Market.

Respected Sir, I myself Soumen Chatterjee with my wife visited your hotel on 21st Feb at 8:15 am ,but the service food manager Mr Rahul cheated us regarding serving of tea.He misguided us for the quantity of tea in a teapot of Rs 40.The other guy Subham didn't deliver the morning tea on 22nd morning when we have given the at 7 am he kept us telling every 15 mins he is about to reach our room 306 till 8:10 am. After that he was not picking up the phone of his and every time he is disconnecting our call.Hence I have decided to upload this message of our suffering and insulation in our facebook and all online hotel booking site from where we came to know about your hotel.

Barsha Resort is synonym of hospitality.. Best food best staff and budget friendly. Always recommended.. Manager Mr.Rahul is always on his toes for the best service to provide to the guests.

If you are searching for a safe family hotel with restaurant facilities and also want it to be pocket friendly, this is the best hotel in Old Digha. We had a very pleasant experience of staying at Barsha Resorts Pvt. Ltd. The hotel is very near to Old Digha and Biswa Bangla. People around there are very kind, polite and helpful. Mr. Rahul, the restaurant manager was very understanding and extended every possible help to make our stay memorable. I would like to rate more than 5 stars in case the Google recommendations allow me. I will visit the place again next year. Highly recommended !!

Location and rooms are so so but room service is pathetic they don't listen to u at all. Spending money for so bad room service is waist of money. There is no phone service too. Just look at the pics of lift it's so dirty.

Location of the resort is very good but the service was poor. Room was not so good, the main problem was their poor communications and unprofessional behaviours.
