RESORT K SEA VIEW

I recently visited this hotel and arranged a family program there. For that we booked eight rooms including a banquet hall. I have a mixed experience about this hotel. The rooms are good but without any proper maintainance. There is no telephone in most of the rooms. In some room although telephone was there, but did not work. We had to call for any requirement via our mobile only. In some rooms, TV did not work, the electric plugs were broken. The main problem we faced when we arranged the program in the banquet hall in the evening. There was very windy storm and heavy rain in the evening. By which there was a leakage of water from many areas of the hall including our bedroom. The lift was closed for the whole night after the rain for which we have to face a lot of problems. But some positive things are the behaviour of the manager and his staffs was very good. They allow us to bring our own cook with a separate space for cooking. The staff were immediately in action after the heavy rain. But their service were totally closed after 10.30 pm. So overall my rating is average for this resort.

We were a group of 6 boys who recently stayed at Resort K Sea View, and honestly, it was a terrible experience. The place felt like a total scam. The room they gave us had a horrible smell, the bedsheets were stained, and the blankets were torn and smelled just as bad. The rooms were super cramped, and the bathroom was a complete nightmare,broken window, damaged basin, and overall just filthy. There was a TV in the room, but it didn't work. They said they had WiFi, but the subscription had expired. No proper room service either, and the staff were rude and full of attitude. The swimming pool was tiny and the water looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the resort was built. To be fair, the food was decent, but definitely overpriced. Plus, the sea beach and the main market are around 2.5 km away, which was quite inconvenient. All in all, it was a total waste of money. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

This hotel is totally fraud. They are taking money from oyo but didn't provide room. Recently I visited and is was more the 9:30 and they are talking like we have stopped the business with oyo so if you booked from oyo then we can't provide rooms. The same time I left from theis hotel. Receptionist is very bad guy. They are just looting people's money by unnecessary logics. Worst experience ever. Such a 3rd class hotel. Shame on resort I sea view.

Worst experience ever I highly recommend not to come here The staffs were dumb or something idk the pool was not clean Totally a scam! Paid 4k for two rooms but horrible rooms are a waste of money!!

The hotel stay offered a mixed experience. The rooms were dated, with a poorly functioning key-lock system and narrow staircases that gave the impression of entering an ancient building. Inside the room, the bed was covered with a transparent sheet and a questionable blanket. Although an AC was present, the lack of a remote rendered it useless. The TV resembled the size of a smartphone screen, and basic amenities like towels were missing, requiring guests to bring their own. There was no shower, so a bucket and mug were the only options. The in-house restaurant's food service seemed unreliable, depending on availability. However, the property had some redeeming qualities: a well-maintained green space, a beautiful swimming pool, and a cozy restaurant. Breakfast, while limited to puri and curry as complimentary items, was decent. Overall, the outdoor amenities were pleasant, but the room experience left much to be desired.

Evening is very bad. On the room snake and night time on hotel dog available for you disturb in sleeping .

Room quality is very poor, Service is also very poor, Pool is not clean at all, Complementary breakfast serving starts at 9am. Quality was not good also. No remote for AC. Restaurant food is not good. Property is clean.

Very poor service and hospitality, the staff doesn't know how to talk with guests , so much arrogance.. full pathetic experience And about the swimming pool , they doesn't even change the water properly your body may feel itchy.. please avoid it..
