I stayed in a premium room and was impressed by the comfort, view, and amenities. The staff was always polite, and service was swift. I had all my meals at the hotel -- the food was freshly made, well-portioned, and very tasty. The dining area was clean and nicely maintained, and the variety on the menu was great. The staff even arranged a packed breakfast for our early morning departure. Truly thoughtful and guest-centric service. Highly recommended for a luxurious, peaceful, and well-catered stay.

Summit Mall Stone has a nice variety of products, but the experience was a bit hit or miss. While the stones were beautiful, I found some items to be overpriced compared to similar shops. The staff wasn't very engaging during my visit--friendly enough, but didn't offer much help unless asked. It's worth checking out if you're at the mall, but not necessarily a destination in itself
