Sumitel JB Park Hotel & Banquet

Our stay to the hotel was two nights. The experience during the stay was outstanding. Mainly the food, its taste was beyond explanation.The chef Amir and his kitchen staff Deepesh Chef and Nitya madam was so cooperative and awesome. The taste felt like home. The service was also provided in the room when we were not feeling well. I an speechless and fumbling for words while writing this feedback due to great hospitality over here. I will surely recommend this hotel to my friends and acquintances. Thank you.

The hotel from outside where it is situated at the city, looks very noisy and chaotic at first. But once you entered into the hotel it is serene and tranquil giving an experience of comfort and space. The rooms are also very well equipped with basic amenities and washrooms are well maintained and hygienic. When it comes to their rooftop restaurant, it's amazing and gorgeous. My family and my relatives' family had a dinner here where everyone enjoyed their services and food. Non veg and veg both food preferences are delicious.

The hotel was beautiful, with clean and comfortable rooms. It was even better than expected. The price was terrific. There were great restaurants within walking distance. It is a wonderful place. Staff is very trained and cooperative. We had Mr Devraj Sharma and Mr Sujal for assisting in dinning. Rooms are good. Food are tasty. Location is good. Hotel staff are also good behaved.

Hii I am from Delhi and I visit Darjeeling with my family I visit many of restaurants but there is no good service than I visit Sumitel hotel and I can't believe I never expected that there have good room and clean. Good survive delicious food all staff are Soo friendly specially mr Devraj he is Soo friendly .. Best hotel in Darjeeling.... You should visit once times ...see you next time 10/10

Overall our stay was very good. The hotel is in the middle of the city easily accessible most of the spots you want to visit.. Food is awesome and staff is also very helpful and polite.
