Ramada by Wyndham Darjeeling Gandhi Road

House keeping staffs we very good .. particularly Kanchan roy prasanta Kaushik were extremely friendly kept ta room clean. Apart from that the higher management didn't show enough hospitality after paying 12k per night of view rooms and repeatedly asking to turn on the AC they said our rooms are cooling rooms with no Ac service and provided a stand fan and argued that the non view rooms have AC service but maintaining a temperature of 28degree Celsius... but if a customer has paid for ac room should hv access to AC as well as temperature control should also be the customers business not the hotel management's decision.

The hotel is perfectly situated with stunning views. The rooms are spotless, and the service is outstanding. Prashanta at the front desk was very accommodating and pleasant, ensuring all our requests were handled promptly. Their professionalism made our stay delightful. Highly recommend for a relaxing and seamless experience. Had a very pleasant stay, we really enjoyed and happy with the hospitality. The chef made sure to provide us food as per taste and jain options for our family. I can't thank enough to make our family happy.

This is a fantastic hotel. Our rooms were very comfortable. Front office staffs are very supportive and helpfull. Special thanks to Subham for a smooth reservation process ms. Asmita for proper comfortable room. The hotel is convenient to the central area of Darjeeling as well as to the train station. We had a very nice in ramada Darjeeling. The service staff was very helpful and prompt. Especially mention to jitendra kumar( manager)Mr pushkar( manager) and his team, alina, nanda, jeet, Anwar wonderful service and breakfast was very nice and thanks to all chef team.Once again thanks Mr. Pushkar and jitendra for taken care of us.

We stayed at this property for 2 days, initially faced some issues with heating and staff behaviour but our issues were resolved promptly by the management who changed our room and also compensated for their behaviour. The staff was courteous and kind. The dinner was amazing, all the food options provided were delightful. The rooms were great too equipped with all amenities and the hotel is located right at the mall road making it a prime location. Thank you for making our stay worth a while.

This was a nightmare right from the beginning. We were not given the room of our choice even after paying Rs 4000 extra at the designated check-in time. Please check the CCTV footage if you don't trust my feedback. We were made to wait for more than 1 hour and finally we checked in around 3.30 PM. We came to Darjeeling after a long 4 hours drive and couldn't rest just because of the pathetic services of your property. The lady at the reception was particularly rude and unprofessional. She has to be THE WORST person we have met in our collective lifetime. A really pathetic person. We didn't make any fuss about this undue delay. We in fact co-operated with the person and went out to have lunch as we were very hungry without having the opportunity to freshen up after an arduous 4 hour journey. While leaving the property, this same woman at the reception claimed that we have to pay Rs 1500 extra since they found some colors on the towels and bed sheet. We pleaded that this was absolutely unintentional and we can pay a fair amount, highlighting that Rs 1500 for two towels is too much. The mark on the bed sheet was too small. This is unprecedented, we have stayed in hotels across the world. Nowhere have we ever seen a place where they charge you for leaving marks on the towel. Here is the final question. If you guys are so particular about the terms and conditions of your property, why do you forget that when it comes to timely checkin at your hotel? Why do you conveniently forget your own published information and ask guests to co-operate when you impose those terms and conditions to pocket few extra bucks?

We stayed for 1 night at Hotel Ramada by Wyndham in Darjeeling and booked two Deluxe King rooms. The location is quite convenient--just a short walk from Mall Road. The food was a highlight: dinner wasn't part of the package so we went for a la carte and were pleased with both the preparation and the service. Breakfast was included in the package and offered a good variety along with attentive service. The rooms, however, had no views and during the night there were some unnecessary noises which disturbed our sleep. Housekeeping could definitely use some improvement. Overall, it was a nice experience and the staff was courteous. Keep it up!

We loved sitting on the balcony watching the world go by. The room was very comfortable, the staff was amazing and helpful. Would like to mention Prashantha especially, such a helpful and at the same time fun person. Amrit and another man (sorry!! Can't think of his name) at reception were great. Down points: the noise from the street but also from within the hotel (all doors close with a bang, voices reverberate in the hallways. This is being solved, we were told. The breakfast area is not properly ventilated - we sat outside even though it was cold. The whole room had blue smoke in it. The spread is extensive. And here too, very friendly staff. We would go back without a doubt.
