Q SAINA MAPHAM HOTEL

I stayed at this hotel for two days with my family and was truly delighted by the quality of hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm and friendly service. The rooms were neat, tidy, and well-maintained, with a lovely view that added to the overall comfort of our stay. We especially enjoyed the breakfast and dinner--both offered a wide variety of delicious dishes that catered to different tastes. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and memorable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Q Saina Mapham Hotel! The hotel offers modern amenities and boasts an excellent ambience that instantly makes you feel at ease. Although it's about 1 km from the mall, the walk is pleasant with a mostly flat road, making it easily accessible. The rooms are well-furnished, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, though they are a bit compact in size. Still, the cozy design and neatness make up for it. Now coming to the food -- it's simply out of this world! The taste is extraordinary and truly beyond words. The buffet breakfast is a highlight in itself -- widely spread and absolutely mouth-watering. The service is top-notch -- courteous, prompt, and always with a smile. I genuinely felt well taken care of throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, quality stay with great food and service!

I stayed at this hotel with my friends a few days ago, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The variety, quality, and taste exceeded my expectations. Additionally, we accidentally forgot our luggage, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure we got it back. Their dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-tier experience. Great experience here. A budget friendly Hotel , which had made sure to give every essential need a traveler needs. Special thanks to assets like Mr. Gautam Sarkar ( Hotel General Manager) who had been very very supportive and patient listners & making special arrangements for my room. Other staff were also very cooperative. Wish the team of Q Saina Mapham to give their best to all Guests. Except the distance of the hotel from main market we liked everything.

Great hotel. Courteous staff, clean rooms, decent food, hot water 24/7 and working lift. The reason I mentioned above is because a lot of Hotels in Darjeeling don't have 24/7 hot water and lift facility. The only downside of the hotel is that it's vegetarian, but compared to other options it's a great choice with a good view, and large rooms.

The hotel is quite good , and the staff is professional. I recommend staying in this hotel if you are visiting darjeeling. 100% satisfied with the service . Food here is also good , nutritious and hygienic. I find this hotel so good that I am writing this review so that others can also benefit from it

This hotel stay is amazing, staff is very humble and helpful. We had taken stay with family and 6 kids but the staff was so accommodating our family and made our staff so pleasant like a home to us. I would highly recommend to stay in this when you are visiting darjeeling.

Kew from room excellent... service is quite good and they are responsive and humble.. enjoyed my stay over there and will visit again. They serves veg only and those taste good.
