My Experience at Pahari Soul, Darjeeling My first stay in Darjeeling was at *Pahari Soul*, and honestly, it was a wonderful experience. From check-in to check-out, everything was handled smoothly.The room service was impressive -- every time I requested something, the response was quick and efficient. One of the highlights of my stay was the stunning night view from the hotel -- truly mesmerizing! And a special mention, if you ever stay here, you absolutely must try their coffee. It's outstanding and added an extra layer of warmth to my experience. Overall, Pahari Soul made my first trip to Darjeeling even more memorable. Thank You

Last week, I visited Darjeeling and stayed at Pahari Soul. It was an incredible experience. The view of Kanchenjunga from my room was breathtaking. The food was delicious, and the homely atmosphere made the stay even more special. The owner, Shweta, and the hotel staff were warm and courteous. Overall, it was a truly memorable and heartwarming experience."

What an experience we had ... It was just fantastic... Rooms are just the way it's showing in Google, food is great and the service is just the way you expect from a home stay ... They are caring and always keep asking for anything we require or not.. as it's pick season still everything was just the way we wanted ... Thanks entire staff of Pahari Soul

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! The hotel is slightly situated at a higher area than the main road. There was no one to carry the luggages. A boy had come to my room to pickup my luggage and as per the standard rules of hospitality, they are supposed to take it down to the car and get it loaded. But unfortunately We thought it was already loaded. So we didn't check. After 1.5hrs of travel, we received a call stating that we left our luggages. And then they charged 2000/- to return our luggages and then they physically fought with us on the mid of the road. And because of their chaos and mismanagement, we missed our train! Sheer mismanagement, lack of service and charging too much for everything. And we also had booked sightseeing car from the hotel. Unfortunately we got to know from the driver, that the hotel is charging 2k extra for each trip. 5k we paid, that could have been done in 3k. Haha. We were scammed! Rooms were not as per the pictures. Hotel private cars charged 600, whereas shared cars were 20rs pp. The bed heater was giving us shock, so couldn't use it at all. Only good thing was the view from balcony. Overall a very bad experience.

Stayed at Pahadi soul for 2 nights, the location is a very shady place with complete darkness in the staircase area. The rooms on the first floor were not at all as shown in the picture, bed heaters do not work, one of our friend's room did not even have any heater. Completely zero service and hospitality. No one is even there to carry the luggages till the car. Took the hotel's 4 seater car to the mall road, charged us 600rs. for no absolute reason. The only good thing is the view from the room and it needs appreciation. Apart from that nothing is very pleasing about the hotel. The staffs are rude and ill mannered.

Waking up to the sight of the Kanchenjunga peaks from my window was surreal. The hotel is peaceful, clean, and full of heart. Can't wait to return.

My stay at Pahari Soul in Darjeeling was extremely disappointing. Power outages were frequent, and there was no backup system in place, leaving us in the dark and not even for charging our devices. The service was abysmal and pathetic, with staff displaying rudeness rather than hospitality. The cook who came to address an issue was very rude and he insisted to adjust without power, bed warmers and cold water. Despite the beautiful location, the overall experience was marred by these issues. I would strongly advise against choosing this place, even as a last resort, as it fails to meet basic expectations for comfort and service quality.
