Orsino Spa Resort Darjeeling

It was a wonderful stay in the Orsino Resort. The facilities provided to us were top notch. They arranged early check in and late check out on request. The rooms were clean and comfy, the breakfast was awesome. Also the view from the lobby is awesome. I would love to visit and stay in the same place again next time I visit Darjeeling.

The best part of this place is its location--it's just a short walk from the popular Mall Road, a must-visit for tourists. Checking in was a breeze, thanks to the friendly staff at the front desk who welcomed us warmly. The rooms are large and comfortable, and the bathrooms are kept spotless with all the latest amenities. The restaurant serves delicious food for every meal, and the breakfast buffet is truly impressive, offering a wide variety of both hot and cold dishes. The restaurant staff is always ready to assist and goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. A special shoutout to Priyanka and Bruno from the food and beverage team for their outstanding service!

Orsino Spa and Resort is a very good property with an exceptional and beautiful common area. The room infrastructure including the oil heater, cabin, bathroom items all are good for the price. The property gives a mix of traditional and modern vibes. The property is located ideally with the mall road in the vicinity. 1 star deducted for a particular staff member who seemed somewhat inhospitable and unwelcoming. Nevertheless, the property is among the best in Darjeeling. Recommended!

Worst service quality and over hyped resort in darjeeling. 1. Lift doesn't work from entry to reception, which is two floor above. And thr hotel staff doesn't seem to be bothered about it. Elderly people were seen walking through stairs. 2. Room service didn't have enough towels to replace. They didn't change the bedsheets, just made the bed. Staff lacked basic training on hospitality and seemed inexperienced. 3. Breakfast was worst. One single fruit was served daily during our 3 days stay at hotel. Plates, bowels were not available. Cleanliness was not maintained in between the tables. Food was lying on floor and the staff didn't pay any attention towards it.
