Orsino Spa Resort Darjeeling Hotel & Spa, Darjeeling Gurung Restaurant & Homestay

Newly opened maitree hotel,all staff are new to their profession,I wanted to upgrade my room,but girl at reception said hotel is full,later in night during dinner I saw list of guests half hotel is empty,giving me wrong information and there is one manager type of guy who lives in his own attitude staring guests. All staff wants reviews and their names to be mentioned, but zero service, restaurant is big disappointment compared to other udaan hotels.

Staff were so good... Rahul limbu, lasang and subhasana were so gudd...they behaved us like a family member....

We came to this restaurant by chance. Had a wonderful meal. Got 3 plate veg fried rice and 1 plate chicken momo. Exquisite taste. And as a cherry on the top, the owner was extremely friendly and made us feel at home. Hope to come here again.

5 stars are less for this place. The food is amazing, the place is cozy, the owner manish is so very nice and takes care of everyone in the best possible way.. The service is in parallel to a 5 star restaurant. It's near Peace pagoda/Japanese temple. Must must visit. And must try is plum wine

One of the best mind blowing experience we had when we planned to walk it to Peace Pagoda in Darjeeling. We did not expect anything like it when we walked in here. The owner is very hospitable, engaged us with wonderful conversations, he even sang 2 songs by Karaoke. Plum wine, Tongba and Nepali thali is a must try.

The host is a wonderful person, extremely courteous and very hospitable! They serve an amazing Nepali thali, very authentic and true to roots! The cafe is a cute place with cozy vibes!

It was such a surreal experience in this cozy restaurant and the Owner Mr. Manish Gurung is the Life of this place... Great Guy and so welcoming and he sang karaoke with us.... Had a Great time here..!! A must visit to this hidden gem..!!

Experienced the local Plum Wine over here and it's absolutely delicious! The owner is so warm and friendly and we had the most amazing Wai Wai as well A small quaint place away from the hustle and bustle and a perfect place to chill and relax, highly recommended
