**Pros:** - The stay at New Mandala was neat and clean. - Smooth check-in and checkout process. - The food was delicious, and meal service was prompt. **Cons:** - The hotel is situated on a steep incline, making cab pickups and drop-offs challenging. Walking to the hotel with luggage is not advisable. - The TV was not functioning. Despite reporting the issue twice to the service team and reception, no action was taken.

Very Bad Hotel Don't Book This Hotel , Not Vehicle Parking, The road is too narrow for your vehicle to pass. Room Is Also Narrow, The staff does not give any consistent answers. There were no towels in the room & We asked for another bed sheet, but they didn't give it to us. We Resently Experience This So Book Hotel Your Risk Thank you

Before making a reservation at this hotel, please take a moment to watch the attached video. Many issues should be considered: the floors throughout the hotel are in poor condition, with visible damage that detracts from the overall appearance. The washrooms do not meet basic cleanliness standards, and an unpleasant odor permeates the rooms. Despite several requests, no air fresheners were provided to address the smell. Additionally, there's a serious security concern, as rooms can be accessed with the keys from adjacent rooms, compromising the safety of guests and their belongings. When asked for bathroom slippers, we were given used disposable sleepers that were uncomfortable and unusable for any extended period. It's worth noting that the hotel has eight floors, but the elevator only services the first six, which can be inconvenient for guests on higher levels. Please keep these points in mind when considering your stay.

Wrost hotel i have ever stayed.. public toilet is far better than this cheap hotel.. No service, no proper management and too smelly room

Worst hotel.The people don't respond even after calling repeatedly.No basic facilities.No lift to the the top floors.Please never come to this hotel.I wish there was an option to give negative rating as well..

Positives: The food at restaurant was quite good and tasty The staff was polite and well behaved Negatives: 1. Even though the food tasted quite good, the options available were very limited. They will give you 3-4 options and you have to select from it. 2. The wooden flooring in rooms is broken 3. The cups and glasses kept in the room were not at all clean, we called at reception for getting it changed in evening at around 7 pm and they said that this will be done by tomorrow morning as our housekeeping staff has left for the day. 4. There was a lot of issue with respect to availability of towels, the housekeeping guys informed that they don't have towels with them due to few issues and they could only give us 1 towel in room for our 2 nights stay. 5. We were allotted room on 8th floor, but remember, they have lift only till the 6th floor. Lastly, the tariff charged is quite high in comparison to quality of services offered by the hotel. Not worth it.

Worst hotel ever stayed. I can't even imagine how they are running the business. * Worst location. Broken roads till the hotel. Our driver just stopped the car down and we had to walk. * Dirty and smelly rooms. * You need to hold the shower switch button or the water doesn't flow. Now you imagine holding the shower button attached in wall and taking shower * Washroom has no place to keep your towel or clothes The list is so long that I am going short with words to describe the dissatisfaction. While waiting in the lobby I found most of the guest reaching out to the front desk to inform them about their grievances. Not recommended at all. You better sleep in your car then staying here.
