Beyond the prime location, I was particularly impressed by the exceptional service. Rahul Jana, the hotel manager, along with all the staff, were incredibly helpful and displayed genuine warmth and hospitality throughout my stay. Their attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile made a significant difference. Based on my positive experience, I wholeheartedly recommend Wind Horse Hotel to fellow travelers seeking a comfortable and memorable stay in Darjeeling. I'm confident you'll have a great experience there too.

Hotel Wind Horse is not near Mall Road, but rather far from it. The location rating is 1 out of 5. The rooms are not clean at all. For room service, they ask for money and there is no housekeeping at the property. The exterior looks good, but the interior is bad with horrible room conditions. There is water damp in the walls and the rooms are too cold, requiring a room heater that costs 400 rupees for 13 hours. It is disappointing that some reviews mention this as a pleasant place to stay. In reality, it is the worst hotel in Darjeeling, located around 500 meters from Mall Road. The prices are high, the geyser does not work, and the road leading to the hotel is in poor condition. We selected this hotel based on reviews, but found them to be fake and misleading. They claim to have a restaurant, but they do not. The staff is a mixed bag, with one person named Rahul being polite and honest, while others are dishonest and try to get extra money from customers. Based on the room and service, the rating is 0 out of 5. The room rates are exorbitant, much higher than they should be. To the hotel owner or any other staff reading this review, I urge you to accept your faults and provide proper hospitality. Otherwise, Linkage Hotels will lose customers and shut down. Overall, the experience at Hotel Wind Horse (Linkage Hotels) was bad. I advise everyone to avoid staying here and choose a different hotel near Mall Road that offers better service.

Hotel rooms are moderate especially non view rooms that are very poor. Special and view rooms are no doubt good. But i want to highlight that this hotel is not near or very near of mall road. Rather it's really far from the mall. Actually the road is called mall road but the place name mall is really far from the hotel. So if you don't have any issue with the distance then only go ahead with this hotel. Otherwise the food quality and taste is very good.

Rooms and their service were very nice. It was located near the mall but the only thing that bothered was the distance from car taking across the mall was a bit far. The manager named Rahul is literally an honest and good person. But linkage hotels will loose customers...

My 4 days experience of staying in this hotel is unforgettable. Staff are well behaved and experienced in management. We had a great view of Mount Kanchanjangha from our room. It would be great if the rooms were accompanied by balconies.

This hotel is decent but if I found there charge is but high. Located almost 600m away from mall. Another issue is you will have network connection issue in this hotel. Even making a phone call is difficult from here. This is such a drawback. And hotel wifi has not strong connection or service. So, if anyone is planning to do wfh from there, you'll gonna regret as I had to.

It was a Fantastic Experince at Hotel Wind Horse . I stayed there 7 days with my family and our experience was wonderful & very comfortable. Room and washroom are clean and well maintained.Water supply and Geyser for hot water facility is available 24 hrs no problem at all.Room service is also very nice. The view from the room is mind blowing. Special thanks to Rahul the manager/ in- charge at reception a very humble and Fantastic person. Always there to help you. I would Specially like to mention this that it was for Rahul's hospitality that made our 7days stay in this hotel at Darjeeling very comfortable. He also takes care of the visitors in every possible way.He also helps visitors in arranging rent cars for sightseeing. All other staffs are also well behaved and welcome every visitors very politely with smiling face. At last I would Say,It was really a wonderful Experience and will like to visit again and again.
