HOTEL RED ROSE

All rooms are well maintained, neat and clean; Staffs are well behaved, they focus on customers. Location is perfect, near Darjeeling Station, just 7 minutes from mall. Highly recommended food is to good. I very happy and came back this hotel

The location of this hotel is at the center of the city. Mall, railway station, public bus station.rental taxi station is very nearer. One can get rental car every moment from the hotel. Food, services and cleanliness is nice. Hotel manager Ranjeet is very cary.

After coming here,from the first day I had no doubt about this place's cleanliness. Rooms are neat and clean. Staffs are also well behaved. Overall experience is very good and is highly recommended

We stayed in this hotel on 14th March to 16th March 2025, they provided us three rooms, all rooms were neat and clean also food was very nice, staffs are very good with their behaviour and service. Hotel's location is near to mall. Any types of vehicles will stop infront of hotel. We enjoyed very much.

Darjeeling is one of the most beautiful hill stations one can see. Its a place with awesone and breathtaking scenic beauty and its a wonderful place to spend your time. I've been there too many times and its called the queen of hills for a reason. In summers, u cant enjow any place more and in winters... it snows and its freezing but all that is a part of the hill station obviously..... the place rocks.... trust me !! I miss that place a lot and its surely is one of my fav locations in India ! Ppl DO NOT miss a chance to go the Darjeeling....! Helpful? Mall road is walking distance very good service

The hotel is situated at the right place. 800 meters away from mall road and also 800 meters away from toy train station. I was impressed by the hospitality of staff. Overall a brilliant experience.

I would rate Hotel Red Rose only 2 stars due to its poor maintenance and unhygienic conditions. During my stay.. I found the pillow covers and bed sheets to be dirty.. with visible lipstick marks everywhere, which was completely unacceptable. cleanliness is a basic expectation.. and this experience fell short of it. I strongly recommend that the hotel management invest in improving the hygiene and upkeep of their rooms to provide a more satisfactory experience for their guests... Moreover.. the hotel lacks basic amenities. There were no coffee pouches.. soaps.. or even options for lunch or dinner. It appears that this hotel is suitable only for a one-night stay.. and even that requires guests to adjust their expectations significantly.. If you are planning a longer stay.. I do not recommend it unless these issues are addressed.. Another important point to note is that the geyser was not functioning properly. Hot water is an essential feature. especially for those traveling during colder months.. and its absence was inconvenient. The beds were also uncomfortable.. and the overall ambiance of the hotel needs significant improvement.. In conclusion.. I urge the hotel management to take these concerns seriously and work on enhancing the cleanliness.. amenities.. and comfort levels of their rooms so guests can have an immersive and pleasant experience..
