Hotel Hill Queen

If you are planning to stay a bit far away from Darjeeling mall road but want to see Mount kanchenjunga from the Hotel balcony and your budget is not high then this Hotel would be ideal for you , This hotel is situated 3 kilometres away from Mall on the Darjeeling road , there are 2 kinds of rooms available in First floor - Valley view room & Toy train view room, I recommend staying at 201 and 202 for the breathtaking view of Darjeeling city & Kanchenjunga from your room window. Room service is good & hotel staff are also polite though the number of staff in this hotel are very less. I had chosen the MAP plan and the food quality was good. Overall the hotel is good for Mid budget travelers.

Bad exprience & worst services they provide.. water you have to buy.. tea kit only one time you got after checked in.. some times they said early cheked out forcefully before checked out time..

Clean rooms. Good service. Their location is also nearby within 2kms from Mall Road. Uncovered parking but it is safe. Loved the sceneric views of Mt. kanchanjunga from their balcony

A third class hotel. Rooms are somewhat okay but the linens were pathetic, we could find hairs allover the bed ,m. The didn't even bothered to change the linens. Didn't even clean the rooms properly. And their manager is a ill mannered person. He talks like a goon and behaves like a dog. Location is also very far from Mall. View from room is good though. But even dare to go if you want a good hasslefree stay. Overall a pathetic experience. Those two days are still a nightmare for us.

One of the best hotel in Darjeeling i stay here for 2 nights and 3 days After visiting my true feed back 1. Room is too good. 2.bed and room quality is good . 3. But bathroom tap null has no water. 4. food charge too much high in the market you can buy food 100-200 rupees but in this hotel it's too much costly. 5.Chek out time 11am.

Pathetic Hotel..They are just making money by putting up good pictures of room and balcony. There is no electricity backup, no geyser service, no proper breakfast arrangements, no tea-kit, no proper bathrooms, television not working, no proper wifi connection. And the worst part, no reception intercom. There are only two staffs for everything. You need to call them for switching on the electricity, otherwise they will not provide electricity, you will have to call them and they will quarrel for every facility. We went to Darjeeling to vacation which turned into nightmare because of this hotel. The staff don't have the etiquette to talk with customer. PLEASE AVOID IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A PLEASANT STAY IN DARJEELING.

It's the worst scam hotel ever , we booked the hotel from Agoda , did the entire payment beforehand but when we reached the hotel they said your booking is not confirmed and the hotel staff was so rude , he was literally fighting and yelling and I guess he was even drunk , at night we literally had to find another hotel and it ruined our first day of trip . If you want a pleasant stay never book this hotel ever they are the biggest scammer, they'll take the money and not give you rooms.

Nice and cozy place to spend some good quality time with family and friends. A beautiful public balcony I must say
