Golden Dolma and Spa

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, rooms with excellent service in where we had breakfast & dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I was very pleased with my stay. Hotel's prime location allowed us to easily explore the city's main attractions on foot..

A nice but basic hotel situated quite close and within walking distance to the centre of town. Good sized bedrooms which were clean with a comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and made every effort to make my say a good one. Breakfast had good variety to choose from. Great for a short stay.

My stay at hotel is very pleasant, during the stay good and tasty meal is searved. Hotel staff is nice and friendly.

We had a stay of 3 nights in the hotel. There is nothing to complain about the services provided and the hygiene maintained in each and every aspects. The quality of the food served was good. However, as parking facility is provided by the hotel, one need to park their vehicle at their own risk and responsibility. Our four wheeler got scratched badly by any negligence on the part of the hotel. We conveyed the same to them and ask for a CCTV footage, but they did not provided the same to us.

A pretty good stay but a very awful experience. I have been a regular customer for this hotel since it has been constructed as Dolma 21 and reconstructed as Golden Dolma Resort and Spa. We have been receiving homely treatment from this hotel for several years. The staff is very friendly and helpful when in need. We have been contacting the hotel directly for several years whenever we wanted to book rooms for us or even our acquaintances. Complimentary breakfast has been included with the rooms at all times. Today (Wednesday,18.12.2024), we checked in for the infinite th time, I suppose, with some of our family friends. When at night we asked about the complimentary breakfast timings in the morning, they refused us providing one. This circumstances was caused by the unknown person who is supposedly an agent for the hotel as reported by the hotel authorities. We have been contacting the person, knowing that they are a part of this hotel. My family and I are in disgust with the person involved, also we have been embarassed infront of the family friends. I would humbly request the hotel authorities to blacklist this agent who caused us such dismay and not to hamper their reputation any further.

Food quality is too good. The behaviour also very healthy. Rooms are cleaned and fresh.

I don't even want to give one star ...please don't waste your money and visit this hotel as Staffs are very rude...and food is not at all proper...almost every member of our family had vomit because of the food..kitchen is really very smelly....and we found a hair in our ordered food.. Unnecessary charges for things..
