I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay at your hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff--especially Nishika--was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and offered all the comfort I could ask for.||A special mention goes to the food service--every meal was a delight. The variety, presentation, and flavor of the dishes exceeded my expectations. The restaurant staff was professional and courteous, making each dining experience memorable.||Thank you, and a big thank you to Nishika, for making my stay so enjoyable. The room were clean and spacious with heater in every room . We got upgraded to the mountain view room it was beautiful . The view from the room was excellent. Coming to the staff ,room service, house keeping was excellent . The front office folks were very courteous and well mannered. I would definitely recommend this place for a stay in darjeeling. 5 starts from my end . The food is also good and not as expensive as I thought it might be . Budget friendly menu. I enjoyed my stay here .

I had an amazing experience during my stay at Crescent Resort in Darjeeling. Food, view and the hospitality was amazing. Special mention to the staff: Mehul, Nikita, Anusha and Latika, for going one extra mile to help out. Strongly recommend to everyone travelling with friends or family for a safe and relaxed stay.

The staffs are so nice especially for Sahil and Aakanshija! They helps us a lot! :) the food is nice, i would recommend for hot and sour chicken souppppp sooooooo good! ||But the room isn't so clean but goood enough to stay if you're looking for a place with great view in Darjeeling, you should consider coming here.

The hotel can be reached on foot from Mall Road, and some of the rooms have a nice view of the valley. The hotel staff did a great job with our group transfer. Mr. Susshil Sharrma, the general manager of the hotel, was very professional and cheerfully addressed all of our requests. The restaurant manager, Mr. Shiva, made sure we all had a great time, and the food was fantastic.

Very picturesque and conveniently located hotel. The rooms are comfortable with an electric fireplace. Plenty of attractions including mall road are at walking distance. The service provided by the restaurant is very prompt and wide variety of good food.
