Bon The Rink Heritage Darjeeling

A solid 5 star! Thanks to the staff members for being so polite and nice, they upgraded our non view room to room with a view. The location is very near to the Mall Road, just walking( behind the rink mall) and the view is pretty. Rooms are so beautiful and cozy. The geyser works and washroom is clean as well. Overall I would recommend it.

I stayed here for 2 nights and booked the hotel at the very last moment. The owner was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Despite a last-minute mistake in our itinerary, the dates were changed seamlessly, which was greatly appreciated. We stayed in two different rooms, both of which were quite spacious and aesthetically pleasing. However, considering the price of 4000 per room, I expected better cleanliness and maintenance. Unfortunately, the rooms were not as clean as they should have been, and some furnishings appeared worn out. These issues need attention to enhance the overall guest experience.

It was a good experience. One can se magnificent views from the room's balcony. The staffs are cooperative. The room and bathroom was clean in which I stayed. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
