Avianna Seven Seas Darjeeling

The hotel is 2 minutes walking distance from the taxi stand and Mall Road. However, you can't directly go to the hotel via car as it's in a very narrow lane. The car will drop you in front of Wyndham Ramada and it's a 2 minutes walk from there. The location is fabulous due to its proximity to the Mall Road and you can see the Kanchenjunga from the view rooms if the sky is clear. The rooms are small but well-maintained with 24/7 hot water access. However, there is no lift. There is a small restaurant in the second floor of the building where you can eat and relax or order food from the hotel's restaurant itself. The staff can also arrange car for local sightseeing if you require it.

I have stayed in Avianna Seven Seas Darjeeling for 2 days and the experience was very good. It is with-in 3 mints walking distance from Glenary's and Mall. We have booked the Junior Suite room at top floor (505) with view Room and Balcony. It was amazing experience to see the Kanchenjunga from the window and Balcony. Room was spacious and well maintained and Service was also very good. Whenever we asked for something, it was there at doorstep with 5-10 mints. Only thing was the food prices are little bit high comparing with the quantity.

The room was very clean and well equipped. It was cozy and comfortable. The location of the hotel was also perfect for exploring the place. The breakfast was also delicious! The behaviour of the staff was very sweet! Service was also awesome! Overall, it's a ten out of ten. Can't wait to visit this place again!

Poor hospitality. Please don't go. Please please.we stayed here. First of all we reached after a long journey there was no staff in reception. I brought my luaggages from downstairs. There was no hot water supply all time. They are very clever. No gysser in the bathroom. I think hot water supply is centralised and they controled it as their wish. Very cheap. The most cheapest and dirty thing was when we are about check out they told us that u have to pay rs 1500 for penalty. They found some small stain in their bed sheet so we have to pay for that. I don't know who made this stupid policy. I will never go there and also suggest u don't gi their.

Amazing view of Kanchenjunga from bed.. Room is very luxurious & with great view. Their services are also very good. But one thing, food rate is higher than other hotels. Except this, everything is good

Food- food quality & quantity is really good. restaurant staffs' behavior is polite. Rooms- are neat & clean. bathroom was also neat & clean but the bathrooms positions was awkward. all the bathrooms inner walls are hazy glass, but not all bathrooms had curtains. We had one problem we forgot the key inside & the hotel does not has any spare key. the lock has to be broken. staff's behavior is good. overall 4/5 location opposite of keventers. oh 1 thing to mention, lot's people goes to see tiger hill view point. so they leave the hotel around 3-4 am. the hotel main gate was closed & there was no one at the reception. so i called the hotel staff over phone & since he was sleepy i had to open the gate. these type of hotel should have atleast one person at the reception or any watchman at night.

One thing 1st time I'm facing room heater is chargeable. Room boy wants rs.500 but after negotiable he tooks rs300 for 2 nights. Before somany hotels I was staying but nobody chargeable for roomheater. For this reason I'm giving 6 out of 10.Hotel location is good . Its near to mall road and taxi stand. Food was good. My package was with breakfast and dinner it was tasty.services is little bit slow because 1day no hot water was came in my bathroom. Overall good experienced.

Location okay but climb upwards and down to the hotel slope is steep not for senior citizens. Room condition not good for a premium room locks of the doors are damaged didn't feel secure enough ,rug is threadbare with stains and tears, bathroom has no exhaust fan ,windows of the rooms cannot be opened and glasses had stains so seeing Kanchenjunga through the glass windows isn't at all enjoyable.No room service even water was provided just once when we checked in and for everything you have to call the receptionist through landline phone provided . The only good thing I can remember is the breakfast which had variety and quality of food was good.
