Amazing hospitality here. The location is just next to the sharing taxi stand, so exploring rhe town is breezy. Also, the resort has proper parking place with shutters. I felt very safe for my bike. Thank you rope resort. My stay was amazing

The hotel building is very old and no proper maintenance. Rooms are fine but poor water management and no hot water. Food has no choice only rice and Roti all days. Location is near to Tiger hills which is fine but better to stay in good one even it's little far.
Its a Bad and very dirty property i have bookedhotel and so unhyginic and very old and poorly managed...if you are seeing stars given its a only showing above 4 plus..but it is not for bettet stay... i am travel agent and i booked apx 15 room but not getting proper satisfaction...
From outside hotel was ok, deluxe rooms are too small & super delux rooms are good enough. Food & hospitality were awesome. Location was good too.
This is a good place to stay if you want to visit Tiger Hill as it is just 3kms from here. However, the road to this resort is very small and if you need parking, please inform them beforehand as they have very limited space for it. If you want to stay closer to Darjeeling city then I would suggest you to stay somewhere near Santa Banta Dhaba instead, as this place is pretty far from the main city. Rooms were clean & well maintained - it was just a tad bit small as once we put in an extra cot, there was not much space to move around. The food and service were really good. We took both dinner & breakfast from them and just loved the food served. Plus, it was on time. During dinner, our kid wanted to have a soft drink, which they didn't have on the premises, but one of the staff just walked to the nearby store and got one for us within 5 minutes. They really went the extra mile for us. We went here as we heard that you can view Mt.Kanchenjunga right from the Balcony, but due to our bad luck, the place was covered with thick fog during our entire visit.

Overall, The Rope Resort is an idyllic destination for those looking to immerse themselves in the natural beauty of Sikkim while enjoying adventure and relaxation in a stunning setting.
The hotel, with its warm and welcoming ambiance, offered a delightful stay. The location was a significant plus, as it was conveniently close to Tiger Hill, making it easy to catch the breathtaking sunrise view. Waking up early and taking a short drive to Tiger Hill was a highlight of our trip. The rooms were comfortable and clean, providing all the necessary amenities for a cozy stay. The staff at the hotel were friendly and the beautiful young couple who ran the place was always ready to assist with any queries or requests we had. They made us feel right at home.|This resort near Tiger Hill is a great choice for those looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in Darjeeling. The convenience of being near the famous attraction, along with the friendly staff and tasty food, made our trip memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Darjeeling.
Nice resort to check in but the road is little high, you literally have to struggle to go there by foot, if you are not used to. It is on the road to Tiger Hill so the place becomes very lonely after 8PM. Room is very good, bathroom is clean and geyser available. View from the room is what makes it worthy. Staff behaviour is very much polite. You can order food from the resort's restaurant but it seems little costly and accordingly the taste is not upto the mark. Before you go there, just remember few things. It is one of the coldest place in Darjeeling district and very limited foods are available outside after 8PM. Additionally, don't roam around lonely at the mid night or early morning, if you are unfortunate or may be fortunate, you can see wild animals like leopard. Well about the resort, overall experience is Good enough.
