THE PARK

The condition of the rooms was nice. Staff cooperation is good. Felt like home . Marvelous view of lake. It was all beautiful around. We stayed in a big room with 2 double beds. Staff made arrangements as per our need. Good food was available. I recommend it.

The rooms were standard. Nothing great about them. The hotel has 7 floors but no elevator. The view is obstructed by hotels at the front.The staff gave us such a high room on the 6th floor but still did not help us in bringing down our luggage while checking out. They also have a restaurant under them where they will pester you numerous times to eat. The restaurant is very unprofessional as they make you wait over an hour just to prepare your breakfast. So no one should book their rooms with breakfast accompanied and they should make sure they speak to the hotel before booking to make sure the lower rooms are available.

The room was quite big. was clear There is also a large balcony. From here, you can see the beauty of Mirik. This hotel is not very expressive.The behaviour of the hotel staff is good. Hot water is available. The hotel is surrounded by excellent restaurants.

Terrible place only stayed one night and there were so many problems.|The bed was dirty and the blanket had a pad inside!! |There was no hot water and the service for our food and drink was slow. |Definitely not worth the price and would not recommend to anyone.

It's a good place to stay if you want to be near mirik lake with an inhouse restaurant, online you can book or else directly you can check in also. Needs to be more hygienic as the room was dusty a bit. Amenities were not provided but if you ask for it then they will provide it to you, otherwise property is good for staying.

Nice location ..but rooms are on the high floors you have to walk too long otherwise staff behaviour was good they are very helpful overall good experience..!

We got a room in the new building they have constructed. The room was big and spacious and the bed was clean. But the floor was a little dusty because it wasn't wiped. The beds are a little small for 2 people each but it's fine. The view from the balcony is beautiful as you can directly see the lake and the hills. The TV didn't work and the main tubelight wasn't functional either. But despite all that, everything would have been perfect if they had a bathroom mat and a dustbin.

This hotel is situated at the bank of the famous lake of mirik. You would have a total and proper view of the lake from the balcony as well as from inside your room. There are two types of rooms in this hotel, rooms with view and rooms inside. The rooms with view offer you a beautiful scenery. They have their own resturent along with their main building. They serve the meal in your room. The food menu is a little bit costly, but not too much. This ia reasonable in tourist area. But the flaw is that they bill extra service charge on your food which is not required i think. Overall this place is cozy and chic. Recommend.
