I'll share my experience about Album Ecological Resort in bullet points. I went there in March 15,2023. And then what happened... 1. Room quality is very bad. We got a room with no ceiling fan! Think of a room only with a table fan, in the scorching heat of Purulia! When we demanded about change of room or solving the problem, they callously offered to just add one more table fan! 2. Food quality was very bad too. For this price per day per person, they will serve you a very mediocre chicken and week-old salad. If you are okay with that, then it's okay. 3. They sent us photos of rooms. Well, mostly of nature and surroundings, and only a few pictures of great rooms. But when we reached and saw our rooms, the rooms were nothing like photos! They were dingy, small, bad-looking rooms. No cupboards or amenities as seen on photos! When we confronted, they argued saying 'WHY YOU DID NOT ASK FOR PHOTOS OF SPECIFIC ROOMS?' 4. When we decided to check out after one day because of room conditions, instead of our two days booking, they refused to refund us for that one day. Instead of being helpful and trying to manage our problems, they were nonchalant about it and demanded full money. If you are thinking of booking this resort (?) and spending this amount of money, for this type of rooms and service, think again!
