Aurora Darjeeling Grand

When we came here after a hectic travel day, and were welcomed with a very delicious dinner. As it was really cold the staff provided us a blower, we were able to watch TV which did not lag on us what we had seen in other hotels. The staff were very cordial and friendly. It was overall a very good experience. The location of the hotel is really mesmerising... As we can see the Kanchenjunga peak as well as sunset from the hotel. Overall, a great experience

It was a pleasant experience. Hospitality and food was good. Premium view room gave a excellent view of Kanchenjunga in the morning with a cup of Darjeeling tea. Room was neat and clean. Room service was good. Definitely will visit next time....

We had a wonderful stay for two nights at Aaurora Darjeeling Grand. In my opinion, Room is very well appointed, spacious & comfortable. Bathroom too is up-to-date. Service is excellent, food is tasty and satisfying. All staff members are humble and courteous. Overall we were very happy here and would like to visit again next time we are in Darjeeling. Staff were helpful, the breakfast and dinner was nice. The deluxe rooms are quite tiny and believe it or not, in the basement. I have never seen hotel rooms in the basement, and I don't know what deluxe means anymore, who keeps deluxe rooms in the basement? There are also no lifts. The washrooms are the worst part, they have multiple high steps, without proper foot mat. There is a very high risk of fall. So i would advise people to avoid it, especially for older people.

We had stay 2 days here. Very nice hotel. All staff is very supportive. Food was very tasty, yummy, delicious. especially we enjoyed sweet dishes which served after dinner. We had enjoyed stayed here. Amazing stay-Highly recommended. All services, staff persons very nice.
